Walt's — Local services in Coolspring Township

You'd think with how expensive they are, they'd have decent customer service, right? Wrong. Their employees at checkout and the office are always the rudest people, clearly ones who don't want to be there. The older woman with the purple hair (she refused to give me her name) is by far the worst. Always has to have the last comment, the last laugh. Belitting customers right in front of them! I am appalled. I've tried to give this place a few chances because I'd love to support a small buisness over a chain store but I have had ONE good experience out of the five times...

Going down hill really fast. My family bought a cake for my 50th birthday from Walt's and let me start by saying I have made better in an Easy Bake Oven when I was 5. It was the worst cake ever and embarrassing to serve to others in my family. We have tried to contact Walt about the situation but nobody has answered a phone or responded in a week and half. Every sandwich we have gotten from the deli has been dry and I mean so dry you chock. Walt's has been a family name for my family my whole life and it's a shame I have to write...

Very good deli, bakery, and meat sections. Prices are fair in those departments. Typically sales available on lots of items. Once they stayed using the IGA brand, which is pretty good, it became more affordable for local folks. I still go to Aldi for most of my groceries though.

A major annoyance for me is they have a bunch of registers but sometimes only one open. I was there the other night and ended up leaving after five...
