I wondering if this location is short staffed. I have visited this location twice in the last 2 weeks. Each time there were boxes of shoes over turned onto the floor, shoes everywhere. No stock on the shelves and carts of what looked like shipment placed randomly through the store. I wanted to start putting shoes back into the boxes and sizing the runs. It was all so overwhelming. I understand that its BTS but we were shocked. We couldn't find what we needed so we decided to shop online and do an instore pickup. Our order was declined and so we ended up doing it through the northtown location instead. The northtown location was much neater and more organized. I work at a competitor and we were shopping here because we were given a gift card. As a manager all I could think of was the huge inventory shrink that is being created at...

Staff sucks like most places currently. You like shopping and not be asked if they can help you then go here. I literally witnessed a screaming match between the cashier and a senior customer over a coupon. All the employee had to say was that the barcode would be in her email. Instead, he yelled at her and eventually went to get the manager after the customer insisted to please get the manager who was probably doing something super important in the back. I eventually needed help getting something from high up which I asked the rude cashier for help. He mentioned he was new.

Great! Leave the short temper new guy in the front with little training and have the boss in the back.

This store is terrible I brought my kids here to buy shoes for school my daughter found. Pair of nikes that the price tag said 12.99 and they rang up as 89 dollars they wouldn't sell them to me for the price on the tag. My 7 year could only find one single shoe of every pair she liked and I asked for help the worker was so frantic looking for another singular shoe for someone else he never even came back to help me, my 7 year old didn't get to get any shoes in this store.
