I LOVE this place. I love the Aldi Finds the best. Those are the weekly specials that they have that are normally non food items. They are usually really cool and unique finds that you don't see anywhere else. Because they are unique to Aldi. When I first started going to Aldi I was very skeptical. I had heard rumors both good and bad. I was pleasantly surprised. I am always excited to see what they will have in store for the coming week and they actually do have quiet a bit of good food products no matter what your looking for. They have quite a cult following believe it or not and have a few fan cult pages you can follow on social media where all their fans express the most popular items and what's too good to miss or try and what you can leave. And their usually right on the money. I don't think there has been anything I've tried so far that I haven't liked quite a bit actually. It's a refreshing change and you save quite a bit of money. What more could you ask for....fun shopping, fun things to look forward to every week, save money while your having fun....it's a win win for everyone! AND.....to be truthful, I have never ran into a single employee at any Aldi that hasn't been pleasant and helpful! So they must be doing...
Read moreI have been an Aldi shopper for for well over 10 years, LONG BEFORE it was fashionable. I converted my whole office of working moms when Aldi came to Maple Grove, MN. With Aldi growing so fast, it is time for management to lighten up on their checkers.....there is no reason they have to be pushed so hard that they beat my groceries up by throwing them into the cart and bruising everything. I always compliment those who are careful....but often have to plead not to kill my produce before it leaves the store. I belong to Costco and Sam's Club but buy the majority of my food and produce at Aldi. PLEASE STOCK BAGGED COLESLAW! it would save all of us a trip to another store. You need to put a store in Ramsey, MN. It would surpass expectations. That metro community does not have a grocery store close, and the nearest one is...
Read moreI love Aldi, and generally shop there a lot, both for myself and for Instacart. Well this time I was treated so poorly, I felt like I had to leave a review. They have been having an issue where if you buy shrimp, it triggers the alarms at the entrance. That happened to me, and the lady at the checkout yelled at me as if I was actually trying to steal it. I asked if I’m supposed to come over there or she will come to me and the way she said “yes you need to come here” would only be more scornful if she added an eye roll and a “young lady”. No apologies, no please or thank you – seriously?? The shrimp isn’t even for me, how is it my problem that your alarms go off at it?? Do I look like somebody who would steal shrimp, seriously? Shopping at Aldi has always been a pleasant experience for me, but not today. Quite outrageous,...
