Went into the store yesterday just to do some quick browsing for my daughter’s birthday. I left very unsatisfied, and you will be too at this location. I had trouble finding something in store that I liked online, and I simply asked for help from an employee. She had a flower tattoo on her arm and she was beyond rude and disrespectful. When I asked her about the item she looked at me very judgmentally and said “Sorry we don’t have that,” and then continuously tried to bribe me into the sales I was not interested in, even after I said no thank you all she did was look at me strange and walked away. She was so pushy and barely acknowledged my actual ask for help. As I kept browsing she looked at me constantly and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Will definitely NEVER come here ever again. This is the perfect place to come to if you would like to be judged and disrespected AND pushed into sales...

They have always been friendly and helpful.

One time my littlest. Had an accident sitting at the table in the changing rooms. He did it kind of on purpose because when I asked him if he had to go to the bathroom he said no.

So, I let the attendant know and said we would clean it up if she could just get us the stuff. The manager came back and said he would clean it. He said we cannot let customers handle these types of things. Just for your safety and sanitation reasons.

The manager took a very embarrassing situation and made it feel completely normal and okay.

There was a sign that said logo pull overs and cow neck tops 50 percent off. When i told the lady at the front she told me its 30 percent off well i asked why is there a sign that says 50 percent off. I tried arguing with her cashier didnt care. I even showed them a picture of it it is very misleading. Next time they need to be more specific with there sales and signs. All they had to do to make me satisfied was drop the price by 6 dollars.
