I dropped off my computer to be repaired. I received the automated voicemail letting me know that my computer was repaired and ready to pick up. When I got to the store, the Geek Squad agent told me that I should have been called because my computer would need to be sent away to be repaired and it was probably time for a new computer. No apology for not calling. I bought a new computer and long story short, when I went to my appointment to pick it up, the store’s Internet was down so they could not complete the work. Did they call to let me know that was the case? That would be a big “no!“ Did they apologize? Again – another “no.“ I asked them to call me when the Internet was up so that I could go back. Z, one of the managers and Brian along with a few other fellas at this location were absolutely wonderful to work with. I'd gotten a new work computer and not 3 months later the operating system crashed. Then when I got it back the camera stopped working. Tech is what it is, but the guys at this locations Geek Squad were very professional, listened to the issues and at the end of the day all was taken care of in a timely manner.
