I dropped off my computer to be repaired. I received the automated voicemail letting me know that my computer was repaired and ready to pick up. When I got to the store, the Geek Squad agent told me that I should have been called because my computer would need to be sent away to be repaired and it was probably time for a new computer. No apology for not calling. I bought a new computer and long story short, when I went to my appointment to pick it up, the store’s Internet was down so they could not complete the work.
