Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

I used to go here (to the restaurant) since they’ve opened at least 3 to 4 times a month, and even more frequently during football season. For a while I went there 4 to 5 times a week cause I worked evenings near by. But the last couple years, we maybe go once every 6 months, if that. The wings have gotten so bad, no meat, they come shredded up, they’re over cooked way too often, the sauce is just dumped on top for to go orders. It’s a total dumpster fire now. Figured I’d try again tonight on a to go order, sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes, got there a couple minutes before the pick up time, but the person working there to go order area kept going to the back to talk to other people, not minding the station so others sand myself waited longer than we should have had to. Wings were over cooked and dry, half the flats looked like shredded chicken (got a 30 piece traditional), the legs had barely any meat on them. There was a big pile of sauce on the bottom of the box. This place continues to disappoint, and nobody seems like they care. Friday nights used to be super busy, tonight it was a ghost town, and rightfully so. I’ve been here within the past year, my go to flavor is the spicy garlic, gotten it over a hundred times easily, and sitting at the restaurant for 45 minutes after putting in my order, they finally came out. Wasn’t busy at all, they just forgot it. The sauce was dry, and hardening, so I asked for new wings. The server told me that is how they always look, but no. Asked for the manager, got the same answer from them…. I was dumbfounded. They just don’t care anymore. I think a new wing place is long over due, but if you’re reading this, don’t bother. Never again after the laundry list of things will I eat there. We went there 12/26 for my sisters 18th Bday. My mom and I arrived first since we both got off work at the same time. We asked the hostess if they do anything for Bdays, she told us they announced them and brought ice cream. Our waitress sat us down, never introduced herself, we mentioned it was her bday, she said 'well, we don't really do anything but I could see if I could find someons brave enough.' We ordered an apetizer while we waited and it took 20 mins to get. We ordered our food and waited about 40 minutes. We all got our drinks accept my son who asked every time the 4 plus people came around to bring his chocolate milk. He is very polite and verbal for under 10, I doubt they didn't hear him and if they had reservations about whether or not it was okay with me or not, they never asked. It took 3 plus people to figure out my burger. All I wanted was a burger with JUST bacon and cooked onions on it. I got my burger and it has cheese on it that I didn't ask for because I am lactose. They took it back and brought it back twice to confirm the order. They just scraped the cheese off and the onions were just warmed up and still stiff as if it had only been in the pan a matter of seconds, bits of cheese in the basket. All the while I was under the impression it was being redone. I ended up eating a lumewarm burger and cold fries. My sister and fiance were coming from out of town and he was unaware it was bogo wings and when he asked about it, the waitress gave him attitude. They didn't put bacon in my sisters salad and condiments that were not available that were asked for were not brought. The worst service I have recieved in...

I understand that WE ALL are trying to get out from under this pandemic & that people are still ordering via apps like door dash and such. HOWEVER, IF YOU'RE OFFERING INSIDE DINING SERVICE YOU SHOULD CATER TO THEM FIRST & ALL OTHER TO-GO ORDERS AFTER!!! We were told that food orders would take about 30ish minutes from the time we ordered once we got to our table. We were fine with that. We ordered food for our small children & an appetizer & told the waitress that we NEEDED the children's food FIRST AND TO NOT WAIT FOR THE ADULTS TO ORDER. When we finally ordered our food it was about 20ish minutes after we ordered the kids their food & figured that their food would be out shortly... (we were mistaken). The children's food came still about 15 minutes later than that and our food was out about 5 minutes or less after that. One of the adults at our table was still waiting on their food to come almost 15 minutes after the rest of us got ours. On top of all that, we were constantly asking where our side basket of wedges was and was repeatedly told "they'll be right up".... they never came for a further 25 minutes. The manager tried to explain it away about being short staffed and thanked us for our patience. When the bill came we asked that it was to be split in to 2 bills with food being divided between the 2 halves of our party. (They couldn't even split up the bill correctly for over 20 minutes). Let's just say that eventhough I still enjoy BWW, it might be a while before we go back again. 😞😞😞
