My husband and I were able to try this place out. Located on Coon Rapids Blvd. across from U-Haul and in the corner of a shopping center, this place packs flavor and authenticity. We ordered Jollof Rice, Fried Plaintains, Fried Okra and Potato green. (Yeah you guessed it... we were hungry!) All were delicious 😋 including the pepper sauce on the side. If you don’t want to drive then Door Dash App is also an option. If you are using door dash, it’s best to order super early before the place closes. I was on the Door Dash app and it said that it would take 65 minutes so I called and ordered and picked it up myself which saved me 40 minutes. Very friendly customer service. Ive only ever door dashed from here, but decided to drop by for the first time! Very cute store with dining inside. The enterance has some beautiful dresses. Pepper stew is always a great choice. Very rich and flavorful broth with beef and chicken soup bones. I love the added esugi paste on the side. Jollof rice is also fantastic. They give you a very large portion.
