Hello , once again I am completely surprised by another of these Indian Casinos. They really should take a page from their Vegas counterparts and try to understand that happy customers are the kind that return and spend money. Not people who have been harassed for grabbing some fresh air outside after dropping a big wad of money. To say this place is a dump.iz a total understatement . Nothing catches the eye except the SsWaffen Stormtroopers they have harassing paying customers. I have and never will loiter, which is what I was just told I was doing when I had decided to take a break from giving them money . Their machines are old outdated and do not pay out well. I've never once had a pleasant experience at this dump. Now I went in there after working hard all day and earning honest money that I consequently spent in said establishment. Was I a little dirty yes did I probably smell yes. But I can.assure you it was from hard honest labor that I had just been paid handsomely to perform..It's so perplexing that these establishments allow these wannabe cops to roam around unchecked as they intimidate and harass people. Not a good business model not the ideal formula to have patrons let loose of their money. So there you have it I could go on and on but I don't think they are that important it was just to make a point the place is a dump and they have security that need to be put in check. This is America a free country everyone is equal and should be treated with respect. Now this technically is a Indian nation the property belongs to them. They can do what they like but in my humble opinion this place should be avoided at all costs. Unless you like being harassed and intimidated by security workers who have not been properly trained to deal with the public or with people who are spending large sums of money. I will never return to this raggedy ,smelly crappy place. I felt like Joel Silverstein circa 1939 on the streets of Berlin after spending my hard earned money in a speakeasy only to be harassed and intimidated by Gestapo officer...

Saturday night dinner ribs, beans, coleslaw, cornbread.

Service was lacking. Seemed one woman, who was in charge of everything from attending to the hostess to figuring out problems in the kitchen. Her name is Julie and she deserves a raise.

The problems started when hostess didn't even know if we could sit at a particular table (he had to ask Julie) and he had no idea what came with the special. A while later someone came to the table but only to take drink order, we said we were ready to order, but she said we had to wait for Julie. We said ok and ordered beverages. Julie finally made it over to our table. We had seen Julie and she was very busy. She took our order. When the Saturday special came the corn was very cold, the ribs were heavily coated in rub with a pile of bbq sauce plopped on top. The meat was dry, I'm not joking when I say I had to cut the ribs with a knife, yet other parts seemed undercooked. Baked beans had sliced weenies in it to my surprise. Anyway, we let Julie know our corn was very cold. She apologized and said she would get us more. Julie returned to let us know there was a problem with the steamer. I can't believe the kitchen staff did not know the corn was cold. Anyway Julie said we were the second complaint about corn and she brought us new servings which seemed hot at first but some of it was still cold.

I'm not sure I would...

I hate to do this because this used to be my go to place for a date night with my husband we spend A LOT of money and a lot of time at Three Rivers and we used to have a ton of fun but the slots have gotten sooooo TIGHT you can’t even get into a bonus anymore. It’s getting worse than The Mill with how tight things are. I had a feeling once they hired a bunch of new people we’d be paying for it and they’d tighten the slots but not that bad. They’re open till 2 now which I guess is ok but The Mill is open 24hours. The excuse was they didn’t have enough workers but I don’t get that? there’s so many workers at night now that it’s almost overwhelming the place is way too small for that many people on the floor that security literally stands around talking to each other and when they confront someone there’s at least 3 or 4 security hovering them that it’s uncomfortable to even watch there’s way too many security and they take their jobs way too seriously it’s ruining the atmosphere in there. Too many chiefs not enough Indians! Anyways I’m sure I’ll be back but probably not as much. Please don’t turn into...

For RVers. Check in was efficient and friendly. One has to get a “Players Card” first, then go to security and they will fill out a form that you tape to your windshield and you are good to go. The rules are fairly basic. The first night is free, then you must win a certain number of points in order to get future nights free. No alcohol can be consumed outside of your sleeping unit. We stayed only one night. Services 30/50 amp power was to the left side. Distancing is very reasonable for a parking lot. When we applied for our “Players Card” we were given a free $10.00 play. We actually made money at the slots. We had a good meal at Blue Bills where the service was good the food priced reasonably so all in all it was a great stop. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Amazing experiences and staff, surprisingly nice when i won 14.5k jackpot. Just 1 small hiccup with one security guard where i was kicked out 5minutes before the final drawing for finding bigfoot for" loitering for over 45 minutes" whne i was taking a break after wagering hundreds and merely just wanted to see if one of my 150+ entries would get drawn. As i had wagered thousands just within the month. Other than the one individual great interactions, small ye, and security is tight , but its to be expected with the majority of customer traffick having questionable character with hobbies and habits. Tweekers, thats what i mean , im not one to judge but im assuming the tight security is for that reason, i felt safe walking out with 10+ grand
