We made an order on door dash it was a deal 2 whoppers a fri and onion ring and it included chicken nuggets we ended up with someone else’s order which had two whoppers covered in jalapeños no sides and nuggets so my mom called the store and the mgr said I am so sorry you got someone else’s order because I remember your order I will replace the whole order I’ll write your name in my book come in on your time to get it if anyone gives you grief tell them I said i approved it and gave us her name ok easy right noooo I went in and the guy behind the counter tells us his mgr I sent working my name is not in the book but he will give us two whopper jrs with two sides he even asked the man in the kitchen if he was there when it happened and he replied yes she is correct and then he comes back and says I have no idea who you are I tried to call my mgr but it’s her day off so she will not answer the phone we told him this is not what we ordered and he said again sorry it’s what I can do so she left her number told him to let his mgr know I’m very pissed and frustrated because again I did not get what I ordered when we got home our food was cold the burger patties where dry the buns where not warmed up toasted or anything and they didn’t even have the full ingredients it was another meal that got tossed I don’t understand why can’t they make it right and why don’t they care about the costumers that do decide to show up there if this is the way they resolve issues and the ones that work there are not supervised by a mgr and have no control to make decisions when left in charge then no wonder they are never busy and people in this town complain and say not to go there you will regret it so we wait and see if the mgr calls to make it right if not my next call is corporate the guy wasn’t even sure when she will work next he said umm maybe tomorrow not sure...

People I know have experienced something similar with her that’s also why I’m gonna talk about it. If ur getting paid to work that requires speed, quality, and service not slamming windows, having your back towards me, and can’t handle paying out a car without a hissy fit. I’ve worked in fast food service for over 4 years so I know how it is there’s no excuse no matter how much someone bothers you, ur getting paid to do the right thing that’s common knowledge simple. I hope she gets fired and the girl with the hot pink box dye hair too because I know for sure she on drugs since she was so out of it going slow motion when paying me out last week and didn’t understand a word I said so she slammed the window too after I said have a good day. But anyway I hand the black lipstick lady my card while she’s talking to a customer on the headset so I couldn’t ask her to add a bbq sauce to my bag. Well after she pays me out and hands me my food I politely ask her for one then she yells at me with her coworker watching and she’s speaking nonsense saying I should’ve asked her for sauce when I handed this big grown lady my card like um it was never that serious and no decent human would interrupt someone taking an order that’s why I patiently waited to ask. I was so gobsmacked by how she was that I didn’t say anything but a “okay” and drove away. I really hope the big boss sees this and pulls up the cameras bc that was sad and embarrassing to watch. Read moreAll I can say is wow! I’ve never had anybody take my order at the drive-through that was his curt and rude as this person. I very seldom eat at fast food establishments. And today was a reminder why. I don’t speak Burger Kingeeze so I asked for a quarter pound cheeseburger. The woman said if “you want a quarter pound cheeseburger going to McDonald’s” and she clicked off her microphone speaker. So I sat there and waited to see if she was going to take my order or not. After a minute of silence, I think she finally figured that I wasn’t leaving the drive-through so she came back on speaker said what do you want number one back-and-forth and what I ordered I asked for a strawberry milkshake and again she said we don’t do that here. menu is very difficult to navigate through because it’s a on a digital board and it’s continuously rotating. I think you have to be a speed reader to be able to decipher it. Anyway, I ended up at the window had to put up with the rudeness again, paid my fare and hit the road.
