Yesterday morning I placed an order online to get my business cards made. Pick up time said 6:30pm. I was heading to coosbay from reedsport around noon time so decided to call them before leaving to see if maybe they would be done sooner. The guy on the phone had yes they were starting on it now and would have them ready in a hour. Awesome. Get to coosbay, killed some time at Walmart. Well over an hour. Get to staples for them to tell my husband who ran in for me that they didn’t start on them because their cutter had been broken for a few days now and were waiting on someone to come fix it and that it was just fixed and that they will get started on them and they’ll be ready in an hour… ok well we decide to drive back to reedsport and pick them up today. We get there at 10am.. not started on yet. This time it was a female who said the same thing.. you can come back in a few hours or tomorrow and they will be ready. UNACCEPTABLE. String me along for 2 days!? NOPE. Telling me you’ll have them ready and still NOTHING? I’m running a business here.. just like you guys should be doing and yet fail so miserably at. Open communication is huge and if I was told that they apologize but that they are unable to fulfill my order any time soon I wouldn’t be so pissed off. I could have went somewhere else, anywhere else! But I was told multiple times they were working on them and yet no one ever was. Worse service ever. First and last time I’ll be going to staples for any of my business or personal needs!! Also, you can keep the damn cards cause I don’t want them anymore. ! Glad I didn’t pay ahead of time. Read moreThe lady behind the shipping counter treated me as an inconvenience. First encounter I figured she could have had a bad day, second encounter was a bit worse. Yesterday needing to ship a computer of for school. Following instructions on the emailed label I asked if she could scan the bar code. Instead of explaining to me how they do it, she gruffly said that's not how it works you have to email it to me she then did not wait for me to grab the paper with the email, instead she tossed it at me as she was walking away. When I had to ask if it was a 0 or a letter o that annoyed her even more. I have never been treated like this at a place that runs services for the public. I am a patient person as I work in retail as a manager. This attitude is unacceptable and she likely treats others like this as well. This business would have more sales with out this sort of treatment of its customers. This person makes me prefer to drive to the other side of town to get prints or use the mail service.

I have had to have menus printed for our buisness Coyote's Food Truck several times and each time on my end when I send in what I need printed it sends it to them weird and she goes above and beyond to make the changes and fix it to how it needs to look for me which takes time cuz it's a b* to do but she does it with a smile on her face and still gets it done fast!!! I can't say enough praises about her and how amazing she is!!! I'm so thankful to have her help me each time!!! And if I don't like it and still need something changed she does it right then and there!!!
