Taco Bell — Restaurant in Coos Bay

Last time I went there, chips tasted Like they fried them in the ALMOST hot oil. All i could taste was oil that coated my mouth. Went back a week later to get my replacement order of chips and nacho cheese, I confirmed with them TWICE that I wasn't paying for the chips n cheese and my name should be written down. They STILL charged me $2.49 when I received the receipt and turns out they were gonna give me 2 orders of chips and nacho cheese 🤦‍♀️ 1 paid for, 1 replacement. I only wanted the replacement. Then, it took the whole staff on shift to figure it out like it was an algebra problem in high-school. They ended up giving me $2.49 in cash when I paid with a card. All of the food was luke warm, 5 layer Burrito was tiny and mostly tortilla. To top it all off, I asked for extra sauce on my spicy potato taco and obviously they weren't paying attention. No extra sauce. If im paying $.65 for extra sauce on ONE taco, almost a $1 is too damn expensive, I'd better have extra sauce on the Burrito. Naomi was neither apologetic nor the smile type during my visit. The other kid in the drive Thru was wiping his nose on his shirt in front of me and it was obvious that was happening all day as snot was all over the collar of his shirt. Disgusting. Sorry, ive about had it with Empire Taco Bell and most likely will not...

This location I really wanted to be great. Unfortunately there has been sub par service the last few times we went and it wasn't because they were really busy because they weren't. Hopefully was time goes on the location will get better.. Will update .. Update 5/25/23: still a terrible location . I removed one star because since the last time I've updated the soda is now no longer available for the last 3 weeks and they are regularly out of things like sauce. Food ordered in a box (i.e. deluxe combo box) should come separately bagged or in a box not 1 bag packed to the gills with your whole order. The combo boxes are half the time not available on the app, to where you are left ordering the same items individually costing twice as much. Also, I would like to add that you might wait in line anywhere from 8-45 minutes for food at this location. Go to any other taco bell if you can. You will be glad you did. If you can't, make the most of it.. at least there is a taco bell in empire for those late...

Wow. New Taco Bell here in Coos Bay, and have ordered the Power Bowl in recent weeks with chicken as a decent, affordable lunch. However, the visit tonight was very disappointing. Tiny scoop of guacamole. And the chicken? Hardly any. Ugh. Asked the counter staff if they could at least give me additional and they said "well, we'd have to charge you for it." Seriously $7 for this pathetic excuse for a power bowl? Come on, Taco Bell. You can do better. At least "make it right" when a customer complains.

p.s. Also, apparently, the local vagrants have also decided to take up residence for the afternoon on your front foyer. Lovely. I think there are services that the manager can call when this happens? Tell them to go hang out at the Devereaux Center. That's why the town...
