This has got to be the worst mail service Iâve ever came in contact with. And in Coppell! They should really review the customer service skills these employees have. Three people including myself were at the post office 5 minutes after closing and the two front post office clerks were still there. All three of us are waving, speaking through the door to get their attention because the partial drop was stuck. Asking if they could just un-jam it. As the first lady tried to get their attention, they both looked at us and kept doing what they were doing. The next lady tried and the lady clerk looked and pointed at her watch and then ignored us. I then had to raise my voice between the cracks of the doors pleading with them to please just help us un-jam the partial drop. That we do not need them to help with postage just two seconds to un-jam it. They continued to look down. I pulled out my phone to take a picture of them, as that is not good customer service. Not only that, it could have been an emergency and they would have done nothing to help. Only till I pulled out my phone to record them did the male decide to walk to the door and help. That happened the latter part last week and now today I go to mail some things. I went up to the machine to do the postage myself. I needed tape for the medium box that is one price $15. She gives me the tape to use and then says to wait after Iâm finished with the tape and she will help. I stated to her I already have postage from the machine. Once Iâm done with the tape, she then takes the mailers and says let me see them. She weighs them and then tells me this is not flat rate. Because the postage had an âFâ on it. The âFâ was for first class! Wow! I then state to her it is for first class. She said well you still owe $2 extra. I said maâam I did it on your self service machine, so if itâs wrong, your machine is wrong. I told her I do this every week. I asked her to give me the three mailers back. As I didnât trust her to put them in the mail for me. She then proceeds to take the flat rate box and says I didnât pay enough. And because it has a âPâ on it, it is not showing as a flat rate of $15. She said you owe more money and did you get insurance? I said yes. She said you owe for that too. I said maâam I paid for the $15 and $200 insurance. She said no you did not. I said yes I did. I pulled out my receipt snd showed her. She said oh okay I see it. Geez! And these are supposed to be workers working for the government. And to be trusted with our important documents and packages.. Really??? WOW!!!! And for Coppell residents! Double WOW! Just awful to...
Read moreI was at the store to get notary. When I was in the line no one was behind me but had to wait a little more than 10 minutes for couple of people in front of me. The line started to form and there about 6 people behind me. When I got to the counter the customer service agent Donique Acosta said that I have to wait on the side till the entire line would come to an end and then he would help me as I didn't have an appointment for notary. I didn't understand the logic as now I had to wait longer. I asked when would he decide the line would end? Donique didn't have an answer. I asked to speak to the manager. I overheard Donique saying to Nan that there was a rude customer waiting to talk to her! Thank you Donique!
When I explained the situation to the manager, Nan, she wasn't much help too, but she was polite and tried to explain the policy why I was being asked to wait till the line ends. I asked her did the policy make any sense to have to go back in the line and wait when I was already in the front. At this point the greatest customer service agent Donique tried to intervene and I waived my hand politely asking him to stop. He continued over his manager and I had to ask him to "shut up" when I was talking to his manager. At this time he asked me to leave the store! I said, I still need an answer why I was being asked to go back to the line? No answer from either but I didn't want to waste more time dealing with Donique and Nan.
I frankly think Donique needs to find a back office job until he is trained about handling customers and Nan needs to talk to her Corp to change this inane policy about having an appointment for a Notary or asking people to wait on the side or go back to the end of the line. Both are ridiculous solutions for people who have already waited in line.
I then called the UPS location at 820 S MacArthur Blvd Ste #105, Coppell, TX 75019 and the customer agent told me I didn't have to take an appointment for Notary. I was happy with the service at this location but did leave a sour note about UPS in coppell...
Read moreI visited this location this morning July 22, 2025 at the 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. hour. There was Asian woman at the counter and she was NOT very helpful in answering my question and I ended up leaving and coming back due to her being very dismissive and leaving me without a straight answer. She seemed irritated that I started at the self serve Kiosk. I had started at the Kiosk and was confused about information instead of her listening she put the wrong information on my certified letter. I had showed her the receipt from the kiosk that I had paid for certified mailing and had the stickers. She took a new green label that DID NOT match the receipt from the kiosk and attached it to my envelope. I told her that the green label was not what would match my barcode print out from the kiosk and then she takes my label and put it over the green label that she wrongly attached to my envelope. Kept saying âThatâs all you have to doâ and I wasnât asking her to do that at all. I was asking if I had the correct purchase for a signature to be required on the receiver. She was rude in her behavior and trying to rush me to the side to ask other patrons to come up, she then made a mistake with sticking the wrong information on the envelope, then I had to correct her before she did the incorrect mailing. I initially wanted to know if what I paid for would include a signature. I was asking her did I do the right thing to make sure there is a signature and she told me she would not be able to know that because I paid and that she didnât see when the purchase was made. She kept saying she didnât know. Even when I had everything that the kiosk gave me printed. She had no customer service...
