I don't need to go into details but I ordered a simple lox brunch with extra lox, capers, and cream cheese, of course with it being busy almost 20 people in the waiting area with only two staff members I think that any business should know to have at least three to four at the end of a closing day for a brunch or a breakfast location. Me being the fool I did not check my order after before leaving the restaurant but then again I should not have to be able to do something like that the order should have been correct in the first place especially when we're charged for it I will be contacting them first thing in the morning but I am also writing this review so that way the franchise owner is able to see the one star review and rectify the situation. as a level 10 Google reviewer this gets shared anywhere between 2500 to 3500 times based off of the reviews that I post I don't want to tarnish the name of Einstein bagels since I have thoroughly fallen in love with him over the past five years but this situation does need to be fixed other than that the chocolate croissants...
Read moreThe quality of customer service at this location has gone down significantly 😒 not sure how many people it takes to complete an order but apparently at this location all 4 of the employees working the front had to put their brains together to figure out how to make a bagel sandwich... 🤔 A line was starting to form behind myself and my coworker. The employees looked back and saw us standing there - after waiting for almost 5 minutes we asked for assistance to which we were told to "Hold On" in an aggressive and irritable way. 😳 Before I could get further upset by the tone, my coworker said this wasn't worth our entire lunch break so we went elsewhere. The Waddle-Dee built manager that was just standing beady eyed while the food cooked did not put forth any effort and just kept asking another employee if they knew how to make a sandwich... there was no welcome or acknowledgement of our existence whatsoever. Paid for all my items and they still didn't put the bacon on the order.
