ReGina was our sales person and she moved mountains to deal with us. After dealing with so many other Sales Reps at other stores she was very professional in answering our questions and concerns. If she didn't have the answers she seeked them out or researched them and not ust reply with a, "I'm not sure" or "I don't know"; she definitely went out of her way to meet our needs in what we were seeking and it was no easy task. I would definitely recommend this establishment and will be seeking Regina's assistance again for our next purchase.

Awhile back we ordered some couches and an otterman, not an easy task for I was having a hard time finding what I was searching for. Regina accomplished what other sales associates couldn't and I found and we bought our new livingroom set that day. A few months later we decided we wanted another otterman. When my husband went into the store to get one that was the same as the one we got he was told they were out and didn't know when they would get more in. Requesting Regina once again, he told her of my request and once again Regina worked her magic and tracked the exact same one down but it would take a couple of weeks; 3 at the most to get it. To our surprise, 1 wk later.. Regina called us to arrange a delivery date or if we wanted we cld pick it up at their warehouse and since that day we were already out and about we opt to pick it up. Twice Regina has moved mountains to deliver what we needed in a timely manner and along with an Outstanding Management we got it at a great deal. Absolutely amazing experience! Moving to Texas from out of state with no furniture in your home is extremely frustrating and shopping can be so overwhelming. Immediately upon entering the store, ReGina was the highlight of our visit! Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and southern hospitality made this our best experience. She was able to hear our needs, concerns and pointed us in the right direction. She walked us through the entire process. We highly recommend coming here for furnishing your home. John was also a significant part of this experience. Aside from his great choice in music, he was able to get us to a reasonable price point. The only condition I had for the sale was that I had it delivered before the 11th of this month. I was told that one piece would be here on the 10th. The 10th came and went and I’ve had to make 4 separate phone calls since then to figure out where our furniture is. I was told last week by the manager that it would be delivered today and I just got a phone call saying they’ll just deliver both pieces together on Wednesday. I feel like I was lied to in order to make the sale happen and I’ve been lied to since. My husband is recovering from surgery and has nowhere to sit in the house because I trusted what the sales team told me. They wanted to wait to make one delivery when the second piece came in instead of delivering the first piece when they promised it.
