Issue never resolved. Called and visited several times. Was told by rep she was instructed to not help me. She would forward my numb to Roy and strangely he was never available to take my calls either. Ordered a baptism pendant. Was guaranteed it was 14k gold. Received gold filled instead and the edge of pendant was not finished properly. The edge has a sharp trim not flush. Also, clasp of charm was not welded or secured, so pendant falls off chain. Money wasted as the shop will not accept returns. *Pendant has not been used at all. Not usable at it falls off. I will stop by your shop once more so you can see the flaws for yourself. I’m from South Florida and it’s basically a crime to not have golds over there so I’m very picky about where I go for them. I Ordered golds for my teeth and it was a responsible price ($800 for six bottom and two canine top) but the outcome was much better than I thought. I got fine cut 10karat which allows for the cuts to be more molded to the teeth to look exactly like my teeth and they came out really nice. Super clean with a great gold shine but not too much to make it look inauthentic. If I lose my golds again which I may in a few months like always I will definitely go...
