I ordered a drink along with my food. When the delivery driver got here he said he had to pick up my food from the original delivery guy, because his car had broken down. Ok I get it things happen, but when I told the new delivery guy that I had ordered a drink, he said “well the guy didn’t have a drink with your order and I don’t know if you did order a drink or not. If you did, we cannot deliver it until way later in the day, or just add a credit to your account, because we are very busy right now and just don’t have time.” So I called the store and spoke to someone, (not the manager) and told them what I had just been told about not getting the drink I ordered.. They said that my drink would be delivered and that they apologized.... TWO hours later I get a call from the delivery guy and he says, “I just wanted to let you know that even though I’ve already clocked out of work I am still bringing you your drink, because it’s (get this) ON THE WAY TO MY SISTERS HOUSE.” So this of course makes me even more mad. I called the store AGAIN and asked to speak to the manager. The manager gets on the phone and I explain everything to him and tell him exactly what the delivery guy said. The manager said, “well yes he was already supposed to be clocked out and I told him someone needed to get your drink to you and that it is on the way to his sisters house so it is convenient.” WHAT THE HELL KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!?! I know it’s just a drink and I normally would say forget about it, but the way I was treated as a customer was VERY RUDE! I used to work as a pizza delivery driver and we ALWAYS had to take whatever food/items we forgot back to the customer immediately before we could make our next deliveries. This store is a joke! Read moreExperienced an order issue, wrong toppings and poorly made & handled pizza. Picked it up at 12am. Returned to the hotel to find it was incorrect. By that point the store was closed. Called in the next day to have the issue addressed. The manager demanded I bring the pizzas to her, “if” they were incorrect. Basically called me a liar without saying it. I said all I wanted was the order made the way I ordered it. I was nothing but respectful. She said “unfortunately we are a business, so you gotta bring the pizzas to me” I already went to bed, went to work, and came back to the hotel. You think that pizza is going to be there that long?? The adults ate the one pizza. The kids couldn’t have any of it, they put jalapeno on both. Not that way it was ordered. She refused to provide a resolution. So I contact corporate. Got an intake rep. They submitted the ticket. 2 days later I get a text from a “sherry bounds” she said that the local management would reach out to Ken 5 days go by. Nothing. I reach out to sherry again. Nothing. Zero resolution. From corporate, to management nothing. Someone needs to contact me and correct the issue. I assure you I will continue to escalate this. Read moreThey take forever and use door dash so door dash blames papa johns and they blame door dash. Pizza sucks but kids like it for some reason. Not enough sauce for me. Order not "confirmed" for 20 minutes after i ordered and door dash driver was waiting for them to finish order after almost an hour. They really have their stuff together. NOT. Shouldn't take this long for pizza. So I go up there after an hour, this is 15 minutes after it says my driver has left, i see his location is still at the store. 5 minute drive. I ask the employee to refund. Complain to him for about 5 minutes. He asks my name, the driver standing there say "Are you so and so?" He said "I have your food" I said where? He had it in his truck for 25 minutes at this point because he was waiting on another order. He tried to make excuses but he was full of it, he accepted another order and didnt give a crap about my food or the way papa johns is perceived for food quality. Papa Johns not off the hook cause they are the idiots who partnered with door dash to begin with. Lame!!! Wont be getting Papa Johns for a while in the future.
