Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Copperas Cove

Copperas Cove really needs to do right by this community and give us a quality shopping center like Burkes or Burlington. Ross is so pointless they have more sandals on display in January than closed toed shoes and every style is regurgitated. Can’t even find comfortable boots or tennis shoes because options are so minimal. My natural shoe size is 8-9 in women but during pregnancy my feet have swollen to size 11-12. They don’t even have any sizes over 10. Shelves are trashed and unorganized even in the evening when staff can be tidying up because there’s close to no one in the store, so basically the displays don’t make sense all sizes are mixed up together. Never shopping here again. Feels less useful than a wal mart and that’s really saying something. Every town is beating Cove when it comes to shopping this place is stuck in the past and I can’t...

This store has a good variety of merchandise usually. Big thing to consider is if you shop in the morning, the staff does not man the fitting rooms until noon, so you will have to compete with every other shopper for two tiny fitting rooms. There will be a significant line at 11:30 am, and the staff won't open the fitting room, they'll just straighten perfume and watch the giant line of waiting people. Get to this store at noon and no earlier because you will be waiting to try on your clothes 10+ minutes per 5 items you have. They also close the fitting rooms at like 6:30pm, so too late in the day is also a no go. Staff is okay friendly, but not really. Two stars because Ross stocks nice home goods. Another star deduction because no fitting rooms attendant = no bathroom access unless you ask the manager to open it for you....

If I could give this place no stars I would! I purchased a pair of Juicy Couture saddles and they weren't exactly cheap! The fist time I wore them the decorative chain on the top of the shoe broke! I had the receipt and took them back to exchange. They absolutely wouldn't take them back! They said because I wore them (once!) Their policy is to not return. The (ahem) lady manager that I spoke to even tried to say I didn't buy them there! This exchange cost them a customer that had been spending hundreds of dollars at their store! I will NEVER shop there again and take every opportunity to tell my friends and family what happened so they don't make the same mistake! Good thing it wasn't one of my expensive bags I've purchased there! I will take the time to drive to the one in Killeen where...
