La Beauty Depot — Local services in Copperas Cove

I am completely and utterly disappointed by my experience here and I’ll tell you why. Yesterday, I came by here to check the products out and decided to stop by after a wonderful lunch. I walked in to see the products sold and I saw no one in the counter which wasn’t a conundrum, I figured whomever was there was working with inventory or backstock so I continued to shop. Well, shortly after there this lady came out lookin all crazy and rudely asked said if “I was going to buy anything” shortly after that she goes outside and looks at my best friend in a rude and unprofessional way. The selection honestly wasn’t even that great and I’m glad this lady showed her true and crass colors because that was my first and now last time that I’ll ever shop here again. I repeat do NOT come here expecting stellar customer service because you will receive quite the opposite. I was kind of disappointed because I was actually looking forward to checking this place out but won’t be back...
