Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Copperas Cove

Went there tonight craving a burger with extra pickles (also got a Sunday), I ordered online and went to pick it up, when I picked it up the girl who brought it out (black female, black hair, grey/black jeans/ glasses) (her name started with a N I think) brought it out and didn't say a single word to me which everyone has bad days so I didn't say anything but she walked away so quick before I could ask about my order so I just went with it and drove off. When checking my burger did not have extra pickles and I had no spoon for the Sunday so I went back and asked if I could talk to a manager to fix my order. The same girl came out I told her the issues and handed my burger which she walked off and scoffed before I could say anything else. She then brought. She came back with everything in a bag and in a rude and for a lack of better words "bitchy" tone: "you wanted a manager for pickles" to which I responded yes because managers fix problems. I'm not sure how to put this without sounding like an ass. YOU SUCK!!! That works. I have eaten here 3 times. The first two times it was disgusting. The burgers taste like 1970's elementary school food with a bit of crunch from the brown lettuce. The 3rd time was the finale. We were there on July 23, a Thursday night. We ordered a large onion ring and 2 shakes. It took 20 MINUTES for our order. The onion rings were so burnt and hard they were inedible. GROSS. The shakes were fair. My wife ordered a medium chocolate covered strawberry shake and said it was ok. I ordered a large fresh banana shake (my personal favorite combination) and it was slightly less than ok. It had big chunks of a greasy material that was either banana flavored grease (gross) or the lubrication from the ice cream machine (yes I have worked fast food and know what I'm talking about). Either way I couldn't eat it. GROSS place at best. I would give you 0 stars if possible if it weren't for the incredible tasting cranberry lime drink you make. Absolutely awful. Each time I go here there is at least one issue that is impossible to ignore. Here are some of my most frequent ones: 1) The car hop is extremely rude for no reason, and will just toss my food at me and walk away. Usually happens with one specific car hop, but I digress. 2) The service is extremely slow even when there are only one or two cars present. For example, I went tonight and there were 3 cars including mine. Instead of taking my order I could actively see the multiple employees goofing off and playing around instead of working. I understand relaxing some, but ignoring someone trying to place an order for 5+ minutes is unacceptable. 3) The order is completely incorrect and getting it corrected gets me attitude, even when I'm trying to be as polite as possible about it.

I used to work in fast food and understand bad days, but this has been a repetitive issue for months. I'd honestly rather drive to Killeen and get food from a sonic there rather than deal with this one. I don't know what changed but...
