I started going to Vio Med Spa with the hopes of “fixing” my skin issues. After my initial consultation, I had hope and a plan! I wanted to correct some fine lines, large pores and my overall skin texture/dryness/dullness. They immediately recommended micro needling treatments in addition to some of their facials in between. I became and member and now I am hooked. I was not sold on the idea of tiny needles going into my face but the team assured me it would be pain-free and the results would be worth it. After the first treatment I saw minor results but I did see improvement. In between the first and second session, I tried a hydra facial which was amazing! My skin was glowing for days and added immediate hydration to my normally dry skin. After the second micro needling session, I was a believer. My pores were significantly reduced, my skin was tighter, skin was hydrated and radiant. I am honestly shocked with the result and I really wish I started these treatments sooner instead of wasting hundreds of dollars on products at Sephora. I also tried the Oxgeneo Facial, which I loved as well!!! The staff here is truly educated on skin care products and what will be best for your skin concerns. Seriously the BEST!!!! I went here today and from the moment I called to make my appointment to the moment I left... I had the absolute best customer service! Jen, Matt, Ivani, and Jenycce were so friendly, helpful, and professional! They made me feel so comfortable. Jenycce is a gift ftom God! You can tell that she really cares and loves her job! She also takes her time to explain everything that she's going to do, to make sure that you are at ease. I went in looking sad and exhausted and I walked out feeling brand new thanks to her! She seriously made me look like me, but completely refreshed! This is the ultimate self-care! I feel so much better....
