2nd Amendment Outdoors — Local services in Corinth

I was extremely disappointed in my experience at this store. Every employee was not only rude but also refused to answer any questions, acting as if I was not speaking. I was shopping with my husband for Christmas gifts. We were followed around the store by one employee, almost as if we were suspected of shoplifting. When addressed by an employee his words were, " what do you want". The store was averagely busy, we were actually sent to this location by other people we do business with referred as a place to possibly buys used crossbow accessories. Our question we were never able to ask due to the rude interruption by what I believe is the owner of the store. Again I was so extremely disappointed. Me and my husband both are active outdoor enthusiasts and we're excited to experience this new store in our hometown. Not only will I never walk through those doors again but I will refuse to spend any money with them ever regardless of the situation. I do not recommend doing business with these people. Other than being rude and following us as if we were thieves I felt as if I was interrupting personal conversations between employees anytime I try to ask about anything. Just for clarification me and my husband were in our 2018 Ford F-150 dressed in our Columbia and Browning name brand clothes and compared our name brand spider pocket knives with those on sale. I just wanted to give other people an idea of how we looked and we're presented yet still treated as no good riff Raff. Apparently the people who own and are employed by this store have such a chip on their shoulders that my business was not good enough for them. I travel a lot throughout the country and love stopping by local town gun stores. Last week in town visiting for thanksgiving / hunting I finally made the time. 10* on gun quality and selection for being local. Lots of ammo right at market rates as well. Best quality is customer service and my new pal Dan behind the gun counter. Really all the guys/gals were great and friendly. Every corner of the store someone was always asking if we need anything. I debated over a few days before buying what I wanted (hog rifle), but I went back solely because I but with confidence from people who care! Read the return policy, it's ridiculous. I understand just returning the gun for no reason but when you have a problem with their product they should give a full refund (they only give 60% if you open the package and find it has issues) or equivalent in-store credit. You buy a working product, not a lottery ticket. Note this is only for new guns and not used. For optics, they don't even allow returns.
