From the moment I opened my car door to the moment I got into the car was such a pleasure. My mom had just got out of the hospital the security guard greeted us walked up and held the door for my mother & I. When we walked in she sat down and I was greeted by the check in lady She was so friendly with a huge smile on her face. I wish I would had got her name and the security guards name. Then when we went back Matt helped us with all our questions and my mom's order she had placed online. He was so sweet as well. The lady at the other register came around I didn't get her name either, but she got my mom a chair to sit down in. The young guy at the other register was so sweet to us as well. The entire staff is so friendly it's so nice to have such wonderful associates working there! Every last person went above and beyond and it was busy they didn't skip a beat. Very professional and courteous from the moment I walked in the door until I walked back out and got into car. Atmosphere was very comfortable. Lady at the front desk was quick to het me on the sales floor. Once inside, Jack not only made my visit comfortable and enjoyable, he took his time to make sure I understood the products I was inquiring about. He was very knowledgeable about everything I asked about. As he explained some things, he would throw in a joke here or there which helped with the whole experience.
