Waffle House — Restaurant in Corinth

Went for my birthday on 9-16-2018 and was enjoying my breakfast very much UNTIL i got to my pecan waffle. I waited to eat the waffle last so that i could savor every last little bite and really just set my whole breakfast, It was the one thing i wanted more than anything for my birthday. I topped it with butter and smothered it with syrup and took my first heavenly bite... Then as i cut my second piece i saw something that turned my stomach. There was a long blond hair COOKED INTO my birthday waffle. 😰😷 after waiting for my server (who's name i didn't know because she NEVER introduced herself to us) for seemed like forever. I tried to be patuent and do the thing that customers do when they need attention and tried to catch ANY of the employees eyes but no one looked in my direction. I finally got up and went to the reguster where lo and behold i was acknowledged. I explained the issue i had they talked to the manager and without even as much as a sympathetic sad smile or a sorry they said they'd take the waffle off my ticket. My entire breakfast was ruined and i had to fight the vomit from coming up and out . we left no tip because even though the waitress was effecient in takong and delivering our orders and drinks and leaving our ticket as soon as the food arrived she wasn't very friendly and welcoming. She didnt come back but once to our table and i felt rushed when she brought the ticket so soon even if it wasn't her intention. Overall i didn't have a good experience there. Good review, just mentioning issue first... Juke Box way toooo lound. Asked to turn it down, so did young couple when they sat down behind us. Bcuz you couldn't have a conversation with your Mel matr... Guy said there was no remote. I said does someone come pick up money? He said Yes. I said put out of order sign on it and unplug it. Tell them the reason they don't have any money is because they have not fixed your issue... and people will not come eat at the Waffle House if they have music blaring in their ears. (I have never known a jukebox to not have a volume control behind it. Maybe they are afraid to move it. Maybe they aren't problem solvers...) but what they are is VERY friendly, food was best we have had from any Waffle House lately. So go eat but sit far from a speaker or hope music doesn't come on! 5 stars if they'd get that issue fixed. (The louder the music the louder the places conversations are... turn it down... this is from someone who likes her music loud but not while eating and trying to have a conversation... it isn't a bar... and families eat there. Usually I really like Waffle House... But this particular location was the worst experience I ever had. First of all these sunny side up eggs were hard overcooked and the yolk was completely busted. My Waffle look like someone had already had it and then they change their mind. My hash browns were supposed to have onions and mushrooms and there were no mushrooms to be found and a few pieces of cold onions... The young lady who was serving me my to-go order acted as if I was bothering her by existing... I actually did not eat the food I gave it away. I had to throw away the hash browns because they had hairs in them . The people in this restaurant gave me the strangest feeling that there was something terrible done to the food. I usually get such good vibes from Waffle House but maybe this particular location is just not for me, or people like me. I am in this city usually to make deliveries I know that will never frequent another Waffle House especially these particular locations. Waffle House used to be great.
