Short review: If you are driving through Corinth and want some authentic Mexican cuisine, there are literally half a dozen authentic Mexican restaurants within five minutes of this location that have better food for a lower price.
Long review: This shell of a Ruby Tuesday’s looked closed when we pulled up, mostly because all the blinds were drawn and no one else was in the parking lot. When we figured out it was open, we were helped by several different staff that spoke various levels of English. The waiter that took our order didn’t understand we wanted to split an entree and put us down for two of the same one. He also asked if we wanted a side of fries for some reason, to which I said “if it’s included, yes.” (Spoiler alert: I paid for those fries). The cheese dip tasted store bought, the chorizo was horribly greasy, and the enchilada verdes had a gritty texture throughout, even the rice. Lastly the customer service was attentive and friendly. I would recommend everyone make an...

The red salsa wasn't too flavorful. I had a large burrito al Pastor, I told them to hold the rice because rice doesn't belong in a burrito, rice is a side dish. The burrito was flavorful, but they didn't roll it good or seal it up on the flat top and put cheese on, which I didn't ask for. Above all the food was good, friendly fast service and a nice clean restaurant. I didn't complain and I would definitely eat...
