This company is a big disappointment. I had fallen behind in a payment due to two deaths back to back in my family and missed work. They did not tell me of them doubling my payment or the late charge that was added when I called to to tell them that I was behind. They never offered to work with me or anything. I write this as they will be taking my TV and laptop I am writing this on. My children will not understand why some stranger is taking there TV that they watch their movies on away. My boyfriend went to the store to make this payment and this is when I learned what they had done. The told me and him not to do business with them. Calling me and him liars. My boyfriend has been a dedicated customer to the store in Alabama for over 7 years moves here and switches and this is how they treat him. I will be going to corporate over this the manager is Alex Godwin and he told me flat out not to do business with them again. Guess what?? I wont!!! And I will always review this negatively and urge no one to do business with them for they only care about money and not taking care of customers. I will make sure no one goes through this again. They double checked the connections to make sure it wasn't leaking and ran it through a quick wash to make sure everything was in good working order. They will say anything to rent you their overpriced USED furniture and I say RENT because you are renting used dirty furniture someone else had before you.You don't own it. If you fall behind they will waste no time coming to get it. Plus they will harass you and come by your home unannounced and late at night. And just so you know if this happens to you it's illegal and they can be prosecuted. I suggest you don't even get involved with these crooks. The salesman are nice to you because they work on commission. Don't fall for their lies. Save the hundreds you're paying every month or even a week and buy something new.
