UPDATE: It has now been several months. Nobody ever contacted me about this. Shame on you, corinth Malco. We were long time paying customers and the least you could have done was apologize to this "cracker!"

MISTREATED by staff. Called a "fool" for getting a little bit aggravated when I was denied a refund on untouched snacks. Literally have never received worse service in my life. The manager "Shindy" and this associate "Miles" Called me and my children fools and "crackers" because of a misunderstanding in which I was told I could wait for a refund from somebody else. To be clear, The woman in the picture who told me I couldn't have her picture called me a stupid cracker and the boy in the picture Miles said me and my children looked like fools. You can see them smirking at me and trying to avoid photographs in the picture. then they asked security to make us wait in the 40 degree weather outside after I told her dad had left us there for the movie but the security officer was kind enough to deny her request and let us wait inside. Someone needs to contact me about this because I'm not going to allow anyone to call me and my children crackers and fools in public. Its 2023.

You can clearly see this boy laughing at me. The manager said she reviewed the audio and didn't hear it. That's a lie. I was there. My kids were there. They told my kids they couldn't have a receipt for the snacks bc it wasn't possible. Then the big manager said she didn't believe us, reviewed the footage, "they'd never say that to you" and and gave us receipts within 30 seconds (impossible?) And finally refunded us. None of this subtracts from the humiliation...

Bad experience the last time my boyfriend and I went to Malco. When we sat down to watch movie. We heard an aluminum can fall from one of the seats beside us. Not thinking anything else about it, we started watching movie. My boyfriend got up to go get us drinks and as he was walking from his seat. The security guard was standing at end of row. Never said a work to my boyfriend. Around 9pm a black girl comes to us and tells us we have to leave. We both ask why? She said she received a complaint at 8pm that we were making noises, but she didn’t come to us until 9:00pm?? Why?? Makes nonsense. I’m 18 and of Apostolic Faith and my boyfriend attends church with me. We were not making any noise and the girl had no right to kick us out. My parents called back to Malco as soon as I arrived home about 9:10pm and Told them what had happened. They were very upset and called back to talk to the Manager but was told by the S Greer, the girl who kicked us out that she wouldn’t be back until the next Tuesday morning at 9am. She couldn’t keep her story straight to even tell my parents reason she kicked us out and said we were drinking, oh my goodness. No way. That’s the can that we heard hit the floor when we set down. It was left there from previous movie, I’m sure the clean up crew didn’t clean theater before we arrived bc it wasn’t ours and the good Lord knows . We didn’t get to watch all of movie and had spent $40+ dollars! My Parents went to Malco Tuesday morning around 10:30 but Mgr nor anybody wasn’t at Malco. They’ve contacted someone in higher positions to keep this from happening to other innocent people. Beware of Malco employees at...

Nice theater. It is very visible from the highway do there's not much driving around. They have a very big parking lot. We had a nice experience at the theater. They have a nice arcade area as well as a very large den.At the entrance they have two kiosk machines where you can use your credit card to purchase tickets if the line is long. The concessions are well spaced out. The only problem is that there were only 3 stations opened during our visit. We went to watched Avengers infinity War, you would think that they would have more stations open since it was the opening weekend for such a big movie. We bought our tickets online but we still had to go to the “front desk” to receive our tickets from them. I did not appreciate the fact that the popcorn was not fresh. They have 2 different sets of bathrooms (2m/2f) the ones to the right of the theater had 2 stalls out of order, which made me waste time. (in the f bathroom.) Other than that, the staff was very friendly. The theater was clean and neat. I also noticed that the cleaning crew was ready to clean the room as soon as the credits started rolling. I would suggest some more comfortable seats. It is hard to seat on those regular seats after having experience the reclining chairs at the...
