Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant Corinth — Restaurant in Corinth

I was visiting from out of state and went here with family. The building is beautiful and clean. We didn't have to wait long for a table of 4 and the temperature inside the restaurant was comfortable. Unfortunately, the food was not very good. I ordered asada tacos and my friend had wings. Neither were something we would order again. The salad from the salad bar was great. The chips were kind of hard and the salsa did not have much flavor. (I'm not complaining, just trying to share my experience). The atmosphere was neutral, much like any chain restaurant you would visit. The walk ways were a bit cramped and they sent a robot delivery bot around which makes the service feel less personal. It’s new just opened so thought I would try.nice bar area does have big salad bar if your into that!they did have items on menu that come with salad bar.that’s different!service was good I think some were little confused but just opened.my wife really enjoyed her grilled chicken fajitas and really like her margaritas!my food seemed lacking flavor.mine was brisket birria tacos with 3 kinds of sauce and a dipping Au jus I thought was onion soup..the Mexican Guacamole was pretty tart.the red sauce seem out of can and chips are thick no flavor.ill give it a month or so and give it another...

Hey Corinth. Want a great place to stop and have a cocktail. We were in town for the weekend. We stopped in looking for a great atmosphere and this place didn't let us down. Brand new building. Beautiful interior. Clean. Lots of ornate details. Clean bathroom. We sat at the bar and ordered a pitcher of Top Shelf Margaritas. Jose took care of us. Beautiful service. I'm very picky about my margaritas. I don't like traditional bottled Margarita mixes. These margaritas were made from fresh ingredients. Delicious. We didn't eat but we will definitely stop in next time we are in town Way...
