Update - WIC discrimination

I was doing a WIC shopping trip here on 3/19/22 - you can only use WIC at Kroger or Walmart. I had shopped carefully gathering the things that I know my WIC benefits cover and waited in line to be checked out by an associate. For some reason when I swiped my card the register would just print out a copy of the benefits I currently have so the cashier called a manager over. Two managers came over and instead of looking at the register at all, they start looking at my items and very loudly announcing to me that WIC won't cover something. I calmly told Jason Smith (Assistant Store Leader) that he was reading my benefits wrong and showed him what it said. Instead of trouble shooting anywhere else, Jason Smith continued to literally argue with me and embarrass me in front of other customers. I decided to just leave and go straight to Walmart to buy the exact same items with no problem. This is not the first issue I've had at this Kroger and based off this experience I will never shop at this Kroger or any other for...

Went online to order groceries and fire wood on the 16 th. Never got my order. Called and spoke with store manager, who took my name and number and said would try to help me personally due to the urgency of my position. I'm disappointed to say, I never heard back from him. So I canceled my order.. online.. I'm truly disappointed in this store. I shop here all the time. Probably won't shop here as often now.. the Instacart,delivery service is a total joke and kroger alowes them to deliver their product., which gives kroger a bad name.. kroger gm told me ,they have nothing to do with instacart...I just don't see that, if you alow their pickers to shop there and deliver YOUR PRODUCT..... This is poor management. Also the gm told me his store was out of products due to no trucks delivering because of the snow this week. If that was the case, why did it not state online these products were not in stock? Also, why did it not state that instacart would not be available this week due to the bad weather?? Oh yeah, because they are NOT PART OF KROGER! Again, poor management decisions... thanks Kroger... for nothing and...

Tonight, I stopped at your location in Corinth, MS and I was about to enter the store, another customer was leaving the location with her little boy who was carrying a watermelon when all of a sudden, the little boy accidentally dropped the melon, and David saw what happened, he immediately told the mom, he would grab her another one.

He came back in, got her another melon, and ran it back out to the customer. This young man deserves to be recognized for RAVING SERVICE tonight.

Way to GO DAVID... You represented the Brand.. For this guest tonight, YOU ROCKED and for myself, You Impressed...
