January 29. 2025. Staff is very friendly and cordial. Unfortunately three staff I had had no clue how to run a cash register. First person said she knew how to do gift cards. She didn't and went and got another female. She couldn't do it. They got a male employee who couldn't do the gift card and he had to deduct the $5 from the bill. Then I had a 20% off coupon that he said was applied and it turned out it wasn't. I called corporate about an hour later making a claim and I was told the manger would contact me within 48 hours.
