My family will no longer giving this place any more of my business. On July 6th, there were three staff members working, and not one of them acknowledged us when we walked in. No greeting, no welcome, not even a glance. We said hello, and compete silence in return. We ended up buying a few shirts, and the interaction at the register was equally disappointing. The cashier didn’t say a single word, not during the transaction, not when we handed over the items, not even after we paid. No hello, no thank you, nothing. Just silence.
I understand they rely heavily on foreign workers, and I have no issue with that. But basic customer service includes being able to communicate with customers.
