we are on vacation and we went to sundogs for lunch after fishing trip. walked in went to bar to order food for take out. after 5 minutes of being ignored i told waiter we were ready to order when he was ready, he then stated " she (meaning girl bartending) was gonna tale our order, so we continued to wait an additional 15 minutes while she got 4 beers and 3 ice waters for kids. i finally went over to where they were standing and said can someone tale our order, then bartender said one minute we are fixing something, and i said i have been waiting 15 minutes meanwhile waiter was walking around doing NOTHING. she asked me what i said and i said i have been waiting 15 minutes. she stated that we dont have to wait we can go somewhere else. i said are you for real and she said for me to go somewhere else. i asked for the manager and she said she was manager and would not give her name so i may call above managers. i told her the customer service at sundogs sucks and shes a nasty person. she told me to flat out leave and in front of cutomers. i kept asking for her name and she said the next call she makes is to the police. i told her to go ahead. i will NEVER go back to this place. they messed up someone elses bill and charged them wrong amd others waited for there bill for so long. i had someone call to find out what time they are open till and she said 2am then they asked if it was busy and she said yes i have to go. her mannerisms are horrible, they will lose lots of business because of this manager. tell customers to leave amd threatening them and customers on phone is...
Read moreWe ordered our food through UberEats. We called to be sure they received our order, which they had, and to add specific condiments. After 30 minutes, we were informed that our order was canceled. We called again and was told our order was waiting on the counter, filled correctly and would be to us in about 15 minutes. After an hour, we still didn’t have our food. We called again and we’re told that they didn’t work with UberEats and would have to pick up our order. We asked to have our food either reheated or a new complete order. I went there and was treated as if I was a bother to them. I asked one guy about my pick up order and was told a woman nearby would help me. I asked if our order had been redone and the female bartender was very nasty to me, saying it was sitting on the counter near me. We did get 20% off our order but there were items that weren’t included with the order they’d redone. Got back to the rental, and began to eat. My wife woke up vomiting that very night. The next day, I had diarrhea. The following, I experienced nausea and dizziness. This was supposed to be our honeymoon but neither of us could enjoy it because we were so sick. Now, if they don’t work with UberEats, how did they receive our full and correct order?? NEVER going...
Read moreWe are here on vacation. Every time we are here, we go to this bar to watch the NFL games. It’s always been, walk in, grab a table or order. Today we walked in and my husband and I sat in a booth . A guy who works there ( black shirt with the words SAND BARS in yellow I believe) stopped at the table. We said hello and he embarrassed us by basically saying loudly that he was the guy who was seating people and we apparently were to get up and leave the table. There was no line that we saw. There was nobody at the door explaining there was a wait for a table. Nor was there a sign on the door or anywhere else explaining what must have been this guys job to seat people. We apologized after we realized that maybe we were to be seated? His behavior was childish, rude and embarrassing to us. We ended up sitting at the bar. The two booths stayed open after we left. There was no line. We watched how long it took to fill up on a busy Sunday game day. We could have been treated with courtesy. We could have stayed at the table since there appeared not to be a line waiting for the tables. If there was a line, it was obvious to nobody else. I watched this same guy put a beer box on his head as he was behind the bar. We...
