This location LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and a sense of responsibility for attending customers in a satisfactory manner.
I'm completely unhappy with the way the young male cashier was dismissing us when we were standing right in front of him.
My husband placed an online order this past Sunday (7/9/23), and it took AT LEAST 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge him at the pickup counter when we arrived. My husband was completely ignored while he stood there waiting for help. He had to approach the cashier and talk to him to get his attention, even though we were standing there RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM to get help at the location with the sign above it designating it as where ONLINE ORDERS are to be picked up.
This young male cashier lacked a sense of being responsible for the business and acted like it wasn't his problem to fix. The cashier didn't even bring the issue to any other employee's attention, but continued to stand there acting like we weren't important, even acting as if we weren't standing there. At this point when we're waiting, we watched him restock counter items and chat with a female employee about personal non-work-related matters, while we waited for him to do something about bringing attention to our order. HE DIDN'T.
He didn't take any actions to help us AT ALL. He didn't ask other staff about it. He didn't attempt to help. This YOUNG man should be fired, or put on janitor duty because he definitely didn't seem to care about us as customers. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!
Apparently the order wasn't ready, and when it was, it took another 10 minutes of the food sitting there (I saw the girl place it down) and my husband standing there for that same cashier to actually hand it to my husband.
It's NOT WORTH using online ordering for this location AT ALL!!

Read moreWe have eaten here multiple times. Today We arrived just before noon and waited at least 5 minutes to be served. There was no one in front of us and only 2 working the food and 2 cooking. One was working drive thru and the other employee was preparing a large order of teriyaki chicken. There is usually at least two serving plus drive thru. This was straight up lunch time. No one acknowledged us or said I'll be right with you. The food was mostly good. Chow mein. Chicken and string beans, and teriyaki chicken. Though the chicken was not fully cut through. However the Orange Chicken was not good today..not hot and kind of mushy. Not crisp at all. I did see another employee came out to help when I was helped and as we left at 12:30 another employee was arriving. Maybe they had someone call out. If not, then they aren't scheduling right. You need to be fully staffed at noon and you need to acknowledge the customers when they are waiting to be served. Finally asked today and they have 10% senior's discount. 😀
New. Nov. 7th, 2019. Did drive thru and ordered 2- 3 item combos. Service was quick. The drive thru is usually done before walk ins. Few problems...teriyaki chicken was overcooked. Skin was burnt. We had 2 orders and I asked for sauce on the side and extra sauce. I only got 2 half full containers. Not enough for 2 orders and definitely no extra. Final thing was one of my items was broccoli beef. This was the item they put in the separate container. We only got about 5 small pieces of beef and mostly broccoli with long stems so not much...very disappointing. I completed the online survey and was not asked about any problems, why not? Read moreDINER BEWARE. Please check the boxes before you leave the store or drive thru. The company policy is if the order has a problem after you leave the store it is your responsibility. In my case the boxes of food were not closed completely and the bag was not tied on top. So when we made our first turn the bag fell open and all the contents of all the containers spilled out. I did not notice the food was spilling out until we passed under a street light. By that time the food was everywhere. When I got home I called the store to complain. At first one of the workers explained the policy to me and said he was not able to help me. He then offered to give the phone to his manager. Juan the manager came on and explained that it was not possible because his employees always close the boxes. I lost it at that point. I kind of feel bad for yelling at him. He did keep his cool and said he would check the cameras. He called me back to confirm the tops of the paper boxes were closed when he gave us the food. But he said he valued our business and offered a free meal on my next visit. I declined because it was not about the food but more about having to get my car detailed due to all the food spilling everywhere plus the inconvenience of the whole transaction.
