Starbucks — Restaurant in Corona

Very rude customer service. When I was ordering the girl was too busy giggling with her male coworker to get my order correct. Next I ordered my iced coffee today on Wednesday which would mean it’s 50% off and that coupon wasn’t applied. I never did this before I thought it would already be hooked up to my mobile app. When I called to ask them why since I was in a hurry earlier an even ruder employee screamed and said “you have to tell us we won’t do it unless you tell us it’s not our job”.I just want to know is it coming out of the cashiers pocket to not inform me about it??? I go to Starbucks everyday and I spend so much money that was just extremely rude of them. I will not come here again and I will complain...

I am so unimpressed with this starbucks location. To start, I was waiting for my order at a table before I was rudely kicked out of my spot. Some employee/customer rudely told me to move because they had a meeting. He goes, "You're going to have to move because we are supposed to have a meeting here. That's why the chairs are blocking" in a rude tone. So I moved myself, and I could overhear the people talking about me. I only sat in that spot because I assumed that the seating area was just left as a mess and not some meeting area. Next time if there's some meeting at least put some sign to not sit there. Absolutely terrible...

I just moved to Corona and this is my go to Starbucks. I usually order iced coffee grande with 3 pumps sweetener and my coffee always tastes perfect. There are other Starbucks where my iced coffee tastes too sweet or they barley put any sweetener. This Starbucks always makes it perfect 👌. The staff is always friendly. The only down side is that the pics show there's a drive thru when they were first building this Starbucks but I don't think there is a drive thru? I just don't see where it would be from the way the buildings are set up 🤷🏻‍♀️. Other than that the coffee is...
