I was really excited when they opened a store in Corona. This is my 2nd time here.. The 1st time was mediocre..... This time the girl at the register had no customer service experience at all. No masks on (not meeting CDC guidelines) And honestly seems to be annoyed having to be at work.. It was very uncomfortable and I honestly left unhappy. Unfortunately this will be my last time at this location. UPDATE! I got to my car and took 2 sips of my juice It was chunky and did not taste right at all. The girl asked me why I wanted to return it and asked what was wrong with it nothing else. She was definitely annoyed no apology or even offer to make me another drink.. This is terrible. Each time I come it's really busy with customers coming in to put in orders and pick up online orders yet they only have one staff working.With just one staff there is a big delay with orders being ready. I order online and even though it gives a time when my order will be ready I always end up waiting at least 30 additional minutes from the time shown on the app. I believe two employees should be scheduled to ease the delay on orders being ready within a reasonable time frame. She didn't smile or introduce herself, just mumbled "what do you want".. I ordered a Protein shake which usually takes a good 2-3 minutes to make. I heard the blender go on for 4 seconds. My protein shake was made in 30-40 seconds from the time I paid to when it was completed in my hand. My drinks was soupy and no texture. This female employee this morning clearly should change her attitude or needs customer social skills. I even tipped the highest percentage on the credit card pad..her attitude stinks.
