Manager Larry provides poor customer service . On 12/16/24 the cashier forgot to give me one of my bags . Two small items with a value under $9.00. I called the store and was told they did have my items and the cashier realized after I left she forgot to give me my bag. I was told the bag would be held with my name on it . On 12/19 I went in to pick up my bag and they couldn’t find it . Manager Larry told me to go get the same items and he would replace them. I got the items and stood in line again . At the register Larry came over and asked for my receipt ? He never mentioned I needed my receipt and I didn’t even have my purse . I was told my name would be on my bag that they forgot to give me . I never thought I needed my receipt because I was told they would be in a bag with my name on it . Larry refused to give me the items stating it’s company policy that I must provide my receipt before he will replace the items that his associate forgot to give me .So .. they forgot to give me my bag , found it , supposedly put my name on it for me to pick up but lost it and now Larry is saying I need proof to get the items that they forgot to give me . Reminder this is 2 items totaling $8.18 . Larry was very dismissive and repeated that he will replace my items or give me a refund when I come back again with my receipt . Read moreFound two wine glasses marked down to $1.99 so scoured the shelves to find more, opened boxes to see if I could match them up with any others, spent over an hour searching, only found two more but figured 4 was better than two. The other two were marked at $3.99 each so spent another 20 minutes standing in line to see if I could get them price matched - they were exactly the same. Finally got to a cashier for them to tell me they were part of a set so marked separately (duh!) but the two marked at $1.99 were marked wrong so they would not price match them. I asked if I could buy the two marked $1.99 and they told me they were actually $3.99, so they would not even honor the $1.99 price that they were marked at. UGH! What a scam and a F'n waste of time! How many customers do they do that too for customers to spend more money than they wanted because they spent all that time looking. I wasn't going to be one of those customers. Read moreI went in recently looking for hello kitty Halloween merch. It was my 1st time there and I was excited about the Halloween merch so I took my time looking. I went in after the gym so I was in an old t, etc. The Mgr(possibly) was watching me like a hawk, and as I looked at items near the front she stood in front of the doors staring at me. (Mind u, I'm not a tweeker, nor am I the type to steal stuff.) The cashiers were very pleasant to talk to and polite.
