I believe Villa Del Sol management is shifty. Maintenance does the absolute bare minimum they can get away with, and the head of Maintenance, Lee, is woefully shy of being called a professional. Owners are treated as substandard at best, with almost no respect shown. Communication is horrid, as trying to catch a meeting with anyone in authority takes an act of congress. Walkways are cracking, elevators (especially #2) are broken much more than they're working, with no solution in sight. Handicapped residents are having to literally be carried up several flights of stairs several times a month. Worst investment EVER. If I could take stars...

The condo is pretty nice. I give the room itself 5 stars+. The owner has a lot of small things that made our stay great. There is a small fan in the bedroom as well as a dirty clothes hamper. In the rr there is a soap dispenser in the shower. The beach is wonderful as well. No road to cross. It's right behind the condos. The beach is also lit up at night. There is a good variety of restaurants along the beach. I would have given the whole place 5 stars but the buildings are recovering from the storm. The elevator is definitely a work in progress. This place is amazing as far as the views and location but these condos are a bit on the small side. If u have anything bigger then a party of three believe me once u find urself inside of the living area all at the same time ull feel a but to cramped or even closer fobia. The only thing I'm really bother with other then the lack of space is the free parking lot parking spots I feel this place has enough parking spaces in the lot to have numbered parking for each unit beneath each unit then have a guest or number 2 parking across in the center of the lot.
