Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

This is the worst Wienerschnitzel in corpus! The employees were more than aware my family and I had been waiting there since they all made eye contact with us but looked away immediately after.They called out someone's order so I thought we were going to finally be helped or the very least acknowledged. The employee Chris slammed the window in my face without saying sorry for the wait or anything to me. We had been waiting for 20 minutes and I had to knock on the door really loudly since every single worker again looked at us several times but didn't say anything. This girl named Analisa came to the window finally! I told her that my family and I have been waiting for awhile and we weren't even told I'm sorry. She then said "okay" then slammed the door right in my face again went to go talk to another worker for awhile, came back opened the door without saying a word and started messing with a register. I asked her what's going on? Are you going to take my order? She said yes and I said ok I didn't know you didn't say anything or apologize still. She closed the door again and someone who didn't identify himself as the manager came to the door said his name was Efrain and did not apologize when I started explaining the situation to him. He actually just laughed at me! I saw the other employees in the background were laughing too! I was so extremely frustrated and irratated my family and I left. Whoever owns/manages this place needs to realize the night time employees you hired lack basic social and customer service skills. If they don't want to work or even be polite to customers they need to be reprimanded. Especially because they are driving away...

This location needs to be shut down or all the late night closing employees need to be fired..not retrained..but Fired!..Managers Alex, Luis, and Efrain are some of the rudest most incompetent I have ever spoke with..It's no wonder the late night employees think they can do whatever they want..they ignore you when you go to front window especially. They walk away during conversations with no apologies. They feel very brave in groups laughing at you, behind close doors of course. Most of them should be drug tested cause they seem under the influence of something in their appearance and speech at times. They make mistakes on orders all the time and pretty much throw the items back at you when you return for them..Again No Apologies..Who ever decides the hiring here needs to be fired and who ever in corporate decides who manages this location as well. Just read the reviews from others here I'm not alone. Weinerschnizel if your reading this these ppl are costing you money address this before its too late. This location has been around forever..the 80s atleast..Shame to see it shut down due to this behavior and...

I came in late on a business trip and I remembered this restaurant from years ago when I used to watch The Corpus Christi Ice Rays. They were always good and the food was fast. Well, I went about 10:30 on a Sunday night and it was kind of sketchy. I was by myself but I wouldn't have got if I had my family with me. The only reason I didn't leave was as soon as I got there a car blocked me and I couldn't leave. So I ordered and went back to my hotel.

I KNEW...I KNEW...the food was NOT going to look like the photo. Any rocket scientist could have told you that...but WOW, this wasn't even in the ballpark. The dogs were crushed and it looked like they made them with anger. It wasn't closing time when I showed up (I always make sure of that) but I had to take a picture and sent it to my kids. We all had a good laugh...well. I ate the food, but I'll probably wait another 15 years to go back and eat there. I heard they're opening one in the valley, if the quality is anything like the one's in Corpus I'll give it...
