Taqueria La Tapatia — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

I went to this location on 11/11/2021 went through the drive thru. I attempted to order 2 potato and egg tacos. When I got specific with my order which I asked to have the tacos made with less egg (nothing to difficult). The male who was taking my order cut me off and said Boss we use one egg per taco and couldnt make it any other way. I was shocked and asked why they couldn't just make them with less egg. Again he said no we use one egg per taco and couldnt make it any other way. He asked if I wanted to go through with the order I declined and left. I have never been to anu restaurant that wouldn't make your food how you requested. Especially with such a simple request. I pass this restaurant daily and usually its pretty dead and I wondered how a new restaurant in a high traffic area was not busy during peak hours when other restaurants in the area are packed. Well now I'm sure this might be one of the reasons. I personally will not spend my money at any place that is going to try to accommodate me when placing an order. There are plenty of other Mexican food restaurants in the city that will make your order/food EXACTLY how you order it and if not they will tell you that they will make it as best as they can. I have given this place numerous opportunities because it is so close to our home. Unfortunately every time I have been through their drive thru I end up with a wrong order. After this last time I decided to call and let them know. They were very pleasant, apologized and asked me to come in the next morning and they would give me the correct order. So I show up the next morning, explain why I'm there and they start acting like I'm lying. The manager said I should have brought in the wrong order so they could correct it. They didn't say anything on the phone about having to bring in the wrong order and I don't know about anyone else but I am not holding on to that food for 24 hours just to exchange it. I walked out and will not be returning, I will also tell everyone I know to stay away...

Was in from out of town and was wondering where I can some good breakfast tacos or just in general get good food for an affordable price? I ended up Stopping Here and I gotta say I was not disappointed.
