This is my very first Google review, and I just had to leave it for Pearl Haven!

The service? 10 out of 10. The products- jewelry and quality? 10 out of 10.

I stumbled upon this gem of a store by chance, and let me tell you—if you haven’t been, run, don’t walk, RUN. They just had their grand opening, and the experience was beyond amazing.

I originally went in just to browse… but I walked out with a full set—necklace, earrings, ring, bracelet, and even some permanent jewelry!

Everything was beautiful, the staff was so welcoming, and the attention to detail was top tier. I’m already planning my next visit.

I had a really amazing experience working with Pearls Haven. I had them make a custom necklace for our 10th anniversary. They allowed me to create me own unique design, and were able to do work with diamonds and pearls that no other jeweler could do.They helped me pick everything from the pearls to chains and custom ordered everything exactly how I wanted. Once everything was done they gave me an exceptionally fair price and performed very high quality work. My wife absolutely loves the incredible and unique necklace Pearls Haven crafted for me. I had such a wonderful experience at this lovely small business. I worked directly with the owner to design a custom pearl necklace, and the entire process was thoughtful, personal, and so much fun. She took the time to walk me through different options, shared her expertise, and made sure every detail was just right. The final piece is not only beautiful but also incredibly meaningful.
