Would give zero stars if I could. Car was damaged during wash. Make sure to ask if everything is working before you pay for a wash too. I went 5/18/24 for the first time and top blower was broken leaving my car dripping wet. I Could have paid half the price for a better wash and dry. My wash came with an undercarriage clean but I donât think that happened, there are areas that are still completely dirty that definitely shouldnât be. While examining my car I noticed the wash had pulled out 2 screws and bent my license plate forward. I asked to speak to staff and the woman that came out explained their top blower is broken and they are waiting for a replacement. Thatâs why they have towels. I saw no towels and no information about any self service items was given to me when I arrived or while speaking to this woman. I am also disabled, had I known I would need to dry my own car prior to the wash I would have gone somewhere else. I told her about the damage to my license plate and she said they are not responsible for damage to after market items. I asked for a refund due to all these issues and being unsatisfied and she said they canât do that & I should contact corporate & she walked away. I was given no information on how to do this or who to contact. I looked on the website and sent an email with pictures and was told they can not refund single washes. As a first time customer I was given no information when I arrived, they did try to up sell me for the monthly wash package but offered no information when I asked about canceling if I wanted to. Seeing as it was my first time I didnât want a monthly reoccurring charge for a place I hadnât tried yet. Clearly I should have gone with the monthly and I would have gotten a refund according to corporates email. Wonât be returning and I highly recommend you go somewhere else because this is overcharge and they donât care about customers or their cars. Also Iâve seen a lot of people posting pictures in local groups, with not so nice comments about people who run over the curb instead of curving with the exit, I now know why this happens to folks. Your car is in neutral and when exiting you canât tell when the track releases your car so you just start rolling straight out. Maybe better customer service could focus on a few tips and basic information for...
Read moren 12/01/21, at the Quick Quack Car Wash on 2409 Airline Road, Corpus Christ, Texas the conveyor system stopped with my Jeep Patriot halfway through the car washing process. While in a stationary position, the brushes continued to turn when I heard them slam against the mirrors sending them forward. It appeared that no one from Quick Quack had noticed the machine's malfunction. I blew my horn for several seconds before the bushes were finally turned off. A Attendance approach my car, asked me to roll down my window, and told me that it would be 10-15 minutes to fix the machine. I was told I couldn't leave until the problems was fix. I was asked on two occasions to move the Jeep up or back so the problem could be fixed. Once the conveyor was repaired, I drove to the vacuum area to straighten the mirror. I found the mirror was broken and only attached by an electrical wire. I immediately report this to the Attendance onsite. A report was written and I was told I it would take 3 business days to investigate and receive a call. After not receiving a call, on the 5th day I contacted the number on the report.
On 12/09/21, I received a call and was told that by a representative of Quick Quack that a sign was posted stating that the company was not responsible for cars older than 5 years. I reminded the person that my vehicle had gotten stuck in their machine. At this point in the discussion I was told the car wash video showed my vehicle had stopped at the tire bushes and could not have broken the mirror. I told them this was incorrect because I knew exactly where I was at when the bushes were turned off.
Let me end this by saying, I know what is posted regarding Quick Quack's responsibility to its customers. I have used that location and several others on many occasions. When a vehicle is stuck in a Quick Quack machine, and gets damaged through no fault of the owner of the vehicle then the company has a...
Read moreWent to wash my Jeep after a day at the beach and one of the employees asked me which membership I was going to purchase today. I said no membership just a single wash. He refused to take no for an answer and when I had said no to the membership for probably the seventh time, I asked if it was necessary in order for me to wash my Jeep today. He said he was just doing his job (which I get) and then invited me to leave. I asked his name and he covered his badge and walked away. I asked a female employee what his name is and she said âhe should have given it to you during the pitchâ⊠so I responded well he didnât. So whatâs his name? She said âI rather not say.â And walked away.
While trying to call the store number because this employee refused to sell me a freaking car wash he came up and threatened to call the police if I didnât leave. I again asked his name and he kept his badge covered. Obviously aware he had done something wrong. So I snapped his picture.
I have the number of his tablet and the point in time he used it. He also entered my license plate number into the system so heâs linked to the refused sale that way too. Customer service was provided with my information and said they will relay it to the manager.
Hopefully the store manager cares enough to call back but I am truly surprised that a simple transaction was refused. Not a good way to do business.
Why would I want a membership here if this is how theyâre willing to treat someone who just wants a one off purchase? No means no. Accept it this time and win my opinion on a membership by doing a good job. Not...
