I had searched for months to find a Cub Cadet 42" ZTR mower. On a Saturday morning at about 11:45am I found one in stock at Miami Valley Power Equipment. I instantly called and was told, "yes it's in stock, but we close at 12:00pm" However, Gary said that he'd stay there for me if I could come out and purchase now. My wife and I immediately jumped in the car and met Gary at the store. He took his time, explained the features and benefits as if it was a normal day during open hours. 3 days later, Miami Valley Power Equipment delivered my mower and showed me how to use it, how to maintain it and what to do If something went wrong. I stopped in to look at zero turn mowers and spoke with Zach. I liked both the Gravely and Hustler so I mentioned what I had and how I wanted to stay in something similar in size and horse power. Zach was great at showing the different models and explaining the pros and cons of each model we looked at. From comfort to ease of maintenance on each model. After all the information provided I went back two days later and selected the Hustler FasTrak 60. The reason for going back was not only based on what I liked about the Hustler brand but for the Customer Experience. AJ answered all of the questions that I had without acting as though I was bothering him. AJ’s wife, who takes care of the financing of the mowers was very sweet and also answered all of my questions. She also said that their customers were the most important part of their business which is very important to me.
