While the food was pretty good I would definitely consider it expensive for what it was. Excellent staff. They were so nice and helpful. Even going so far as to ask me if I wanted a different fruit when the raspberries that I'd requested weren't in the best shape. Good environment. Great place to sit outside and people watch. The bike path runs right alongside the restaurant.

This gem is right off the bike trail at the Corwin section. The outside may not seem like a business but I believe it is setting the stage for the welcoming hospitality of a HOME. The atmosphere is clean and open. Windows to look out for just about every seat. Food is fresh and delicious. Staff meet you with a smile and serve the plates of deliciousness in a timely fashion.

Service was friendly. Food was phenomenal. Nice healthy place to grab a fresh bite to eat. We tried the Deviled Egg Salad Sammie, Mediterranean Grain Bowl and a Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie. All were great and would 100% go again.

Was pleasantly surprised to find this new local cafe offering a great variety of healthy options. Second visit today, had the spinach salad made fresh and a fresh baked carrot cake muffin. Las visit had one of the grain bowls. Both meals outstanding. Owned and run by two sisters who are friendly and very knowledgeable and passionate about fresh healthy food. A MUST STOP if cycling the Little Miami Scenic Trail. Sun Sprouts Cafe is right on the trail. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. For those who have gluten sensitivities, this cafe is what you are looking for. For those who do not have gluten sensitivities, you wouldn't know you were eating gluten free. How refreshing to find such a local healthy gem on the Little Miami Bike trail. The food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was happy and staff attentive and quick.
