Designs NOW — Local services in Waynesville

Designs Now has ruined close to $1000 worth of Carhart and UnderArmor shirts that we have taken to them for printing. The first excuse on a bad batch of shirts was an adhesive problem (the shirts looked like they were burned with an iron). The told us to take the shirts home and wash them and the adhesive would come off. It did not. The shirts were ruined and designs now offered no compensation or reimbursement. I was born and raised in this area and stead fast in the belief that people make mistakes, it's part of life. I PURCHASED ANOTHER $500 WORTH OF SHIRTS! They got that order right. Same Carhart shirts as the first time and yet no problems with adhesive. Problem solved, or so I thought. Fast forward to now. 2 weeks (or so) ago we took another ($500+) batch of shirts to Designs Now to have our logo printed on the front only. Just like the last 2 orders we've recieved from them. Nothing different. This time the shirts came back and are completely wrong. The logo on the front is backwards. Reversed if you will.... and they added a logo on the back of the shirt that hasn't been ordered on anything of ours for well over 5 years. My office has sent a couple of emails that were ignored. Text messages, ignored. I sent anne, from designs now, an email today and the response I recieved warranted this review. I lost $500 on an order with this company and gave them a second chance. Now we have a total loss amounting close to $1000 from designs now and they are refusing reimbursement or compensation for destroying our shirts. We took all of this information to DigiStitch (also located in waynesville ohio) along with another $500+ batch of shirts so I could finally get my new employees uniforms. Digistitch did a wonderful job filling our order. We have been in business in this area for more than 60 years. I can count the number of bad reviews I've given businesses in this area, on one hand. Jon gave me the best deal I could find while shopping online and locally. Online he was competitive(and I always go local first so with a fair price he beat them) and locally he was way more competitive and there simply wasn't a decision I had to make there. Delivery time was quicker than expected which I appreciate. I am most definitely looking to further business here...
