We have been coming to this location a few years , been with Walgreens itself for decades. On 1/17/23 between 430 and 5 pm my husband had me see which of his prescriptions needed the new pre Auth done for the new year. I was in town for an appointment so stopped on my way home. Since the line outside was long I came in. I have never been spoken down to and treated with such disrespect as yesterday! I haven't seen the tech before young wore a bright blue smock. She only told me one was denied by the doctor telling me he didn't receive a phone call on the automated which we have the voice-mail she can't see his profile only what's ready so can't tell me anything about it and told me to go use the app to see his profile. I'm sorry younger gen but at my age there isn't always "an app for that." It's just easier for the pharmacist or tech to help out in a situation like this. The drive thru girl was short with me, told me my stuff wasnt ready and scoffed when I told her the previous girl told me to come back in 15 minutes for my scripts. I came back 30 minutes later. She shut the mic off and was clearly enraged that she had to open a box and slide my inhaler into a paper bag. It took them a very long time to find the prescription. I had told the girl when I ordered it how many boxes I wanted and the prescription that was brought to me was three times what I'd asked for.
