Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Coshocton

I Placed an order for 4 hot and ready pepperoni pizza's from Coshocton lil ceasers, under my last name. Sent a friend to pick up the pizza. Lil ceasers didn't have 4 pepperoni hot and ready's ready, or even an order under my name for that matter! I called to speak to the manager to see what he would do to make things right with me and all he proposed he could do was to re submit an order for 4 pepperoni hot and ready's. I gave the manager my first name and last this time. I have 9 kids here who now have to wait a total of 45 mins jus to finally get the pizza I ordered initially....

People need to focus on doing their jobs. Would have been nice to have gotten some type of compensation for the inconvenience and wait not to mention, now I have to make a 2nd trip just to finally get our...

I ordered online 52 dollars worth of pizza and chose delivery I ended up not putting my house number in and just street got a text saying my dasher gave me my order and no he didn’t I called the number no answer called little Caesars and nothing they could do call door dash so called door dash they said because I didn’t put house number there is nothing they could do. I called at 9:20 p.m. the phone was "busy" until 9:25 so I drive down there, 9:36.. I tell the young lady I tried calling and it was busy and she said their phone "wasn't working".. So I ask for 2 cheese pizzas n she says they can't make them since it's close to closing...SOO AKA you had yalls phone of the hook so you don't have to make any more orders and yalls work ethic stinks! I could understand if it was like 9: 45 or 9:50 but yall had plenty of time to make it, you didn't want too..had my hungry child in there too, we had a long rough day too..lieing, lazy, poor work ethic...
