Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Coshocton

Employees park by the door so customers can't, door dash uses the handicap spots for pickups. Employees demonstrate mob mentality over nonsense, very unprofessional, and even threatening. I tried to call the number to report and use the app, but they froze my stuff so I can't make a formal complaint and the number left of these reviews is bogus, but I should have know that from the typo. Employee play on their phone and act bothered by customers wanting to place orders, and even refuse some people orders. They are always out of basic food items. Employees give away foods and drinks to people they like. 🙃

My issue, I had sexual relationship (8years ago) with one of the employees current affairs. She didn't know, now she knows they won't serve me decently. I went in for a coffee with a friend when said employee was off work, the working employee called all the other employees in to attack and threatening me. Even saying I had to leave the lobby or they would have me forcefully removed. Which lawfully couldn't be done, cause I literally did nothing but drink coffee with a friend. The off duty employee tried to entice me to fight They already spoke together to put a story together to give the district manager. Absolutely unreal. I feel like I'm in a tiktok story time ⏲️ 🤣

I guess coffee connection will be getting my business, which is crazy because I have been going to this Tim's, even through the worst service, since 2005. Sometime even 3 times a day. 🤔

Went through the drive through.. 1st of all, the speaker where you actually ordered from only half worked, so I could barely understand the workers and she didn't acknowledge that all. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, and before I could finish my order she have us a total (without asking if we were done). So I told her we also needed a blueberry muffin.. she said " ok, please pull around" . Waited a few minutes at the window, then paid, we got our drinks and were told to pull around to the front for our food. Waited about 5 more minutes and it was brought out. We only got 1 correct sandwich and no muffin, and no receipts. So we went back in, they told us they were out of croissants so they just gave us something else (while we paid for the more expensive sandwich) (and didn't tell us) and said well theres no muffin on the recipient, so... they so don't care at all about customer service and it shows. We paid $14 for old, squished sandwiches that weren't even good and...

My husband and I decided to stop at this Tim Hortons after seeing that the McDonald's line was all the way to the road and they looked slammed. There was clearly a reason why the Tim Horton's parking lot was empty. We went inside and the staff didn't even acknowledge that we were in there. We stood at the register for a few minutes before the lady came up and asked what she could get us. I ordered a meal and my husband ordered a couple snack wraps. We ended up only getting three snack wraps a coffee and my drink. I didn't get the full wrap that I ordered or the side that came with it that we paid for. We decided it wasn't worth complaining and trying to get the food that we actually paid for because the service was that bad it was better to just leave than to deal with...
