This review is for Nia (I believe that is her name I am so sorry if it isn't) but she is gorgeous, shorter, with long black hair and this review is from my in-store experience on May 23rd. This is going to come off as a little bit of a rave but I genuinely am still giddy over the experience.
I am from out of town but made it a mission of my trip to go to the Aritzia after stalking online for a while because I can never gauge sizes well online, and knew I would need to place a large order. I am beginning my first real job next week and was in desperate need of a work wardrobe. I RARELY buy clothes, which makes shopping for me impossible.
I walked in kinda clueless, genuinely having no idea where to start and was about to give up when Nia immediately came up to me to help and made the experience so much better than I imagined. She asked me what I was shopping for and what my role was. I was looking for something professional but also casual, and she narrowed that down right away. It was amazing. She got me so many pieces that I could mix and match to create new outfits every day! She even helped me pick things out that would work in the hot climate I will be in! I waited in line for the dressing room, and she told me that she had added a few other items/basics for me, which really helped! I feel like she genuinely kept everything in mind when helping me.
I definitely came in looking a little under-dressed, so I was amazed by the customer service. I am hanging everything up at home right now, and I am STILL a huge fan of every single thing she helped pick out. She checked on me in the dressing room and helped get new sizes without making me feel rushed at all. Then she helped me order the remainder of the colors I needed online!
My boyfriend works in fashion, and he has even failed to help me shop on so many occasions, so I know that I am not the ideal client haha. I can be pretty picky about the way things fit and I have a hard time imagining pieces as outfits. But Nia genuinely walked me through the whole thing so effortlessly, I felt like I had a personal stylist the whole time and she made me feel so special! I left feeling super confident in the pieces I got and so excited for my new position. I know she was busy, but I only wish I got to talk to her more because she was so cool! Youâre a...

I bought two pieces from Aritzia back on April 7th. Last week, when I went to return them at the South Plaza store in the US, things got off to a really bad start. Another associate there was kinda vague about the return policy and, honestly, came off as pretty impatient. I was leaving with my tags and packaging intact â totally within the return window â and got treated like that? I was pretty steamed and felt really let down. I was even thinking about giving Aritzia a hard pass in the future. Just as I was about to walk out, frustrated, Alyssa, another associate, stepped in. She listened patiently to my whole story, zero attitude, and immediately got where I was coming from. She calmed me down, then explained the return process clearly and professionally, and jumped right in to help me sort it out. Along the way, she ran into a little snag (maybe a system delay or something, if you want to mention that specifically, otherwise just say âhit a small roadblockâ or âencountered a minor system issueâ), but she didnât even blink. She took full ownership, actively communicated with the back end, and even suggested some really smart workarounds to make things right. She wasnât just following the rules by the book; she was genuinely putting herself in my shoes and figuring out a solution. Look, Alyssaâs performance? Thatâs what service should look like â itâs the gold standard. In a really tense moment, she didnât back down or pawn the problem off on someone else. She stepped up, not just to make me, the customer, happy again, but more importantly, to protect the Aritzia brandâs reputation right there on the spot. Her sense of responsibility, her accountability, and her problem-solving skills? Thatâs way beyond just being a âstore associate.â Aritziaâs leadership, if youâre listening: please, please recognize and hold onto talent like Alyssa. Sheâs the real gem, the kind of person who can actually lead teams and build brand value. Sheâs management material, plain and simple. Having her on the team makes customers feel secure, and it keeps the brand looking sharp. Huge shout-out to her! #Aritzia #CustomerService #ServiceStar #Alyssa #BrandImage #Responsibility #Accountability #CustomerExperience #EmployeeOfTheMonth #FutureManager...
Read morethis was the worst shopping experience ever lmao. if you have seen these clothes all over tiktok and wanted to stop by (me) they are cute but the shopping experience is horrific. as soon as i walked in an employee came up to my mom and i and TOOK the clothes out of my hands and said "what's your name im going to start a fitting room" i was shocked but said "no thanks we are just looking right now" she continued to push and said "you can still look i'll just start a room" and walked away with the clothes. we thought that was the first red flag. as we continued to walk around the employee came by and took MORE clothes out of my hands saying NOTHING. i felt very pressured and uncomfortable. eventually we get to the fitting room, i am not liking the clothes on myself except for this one shirt and it was a zip up. my mom is helping me zip up in the communal mirrors because they're no mirrors in the dressing rooms (insane...). and TWO employees hear my mom tell me its not going to fit so they come over and start squeezing the shirt into me and said "it will fit you just have to suck in" WHICH IS CRAZY. clothes are made to fit YOU not the other way around. then after squeezing's me so hard i lose my balance, they said "okay maybe we have to size up, but we might not carry your size in store" I AM A MEDIUM LMAOOOO. i had a small on, and they were whispering to me like i was plus size. nothing wrong with that of course, but my god these employees were fat shaming me and gave me the dirtiest looks. it felt like i was in brandy melville but worse. i would NEVER come back, once i said "okay i will see if you have the shirt online in a medium" the pushy employee said "we can order it right now for you if its in stock online" i said "no thanks i - " the employee literally walked away. i wasn't even done talking but the second i said no and she realized she lost a sale she left. how incredibly rude, this company needs to do better! focus on paying these young girls a liveable wage instead of them relying on commissions. look at your other reviews, i feel sorry for...
