I purchased a pen as a gift for my friend in the other department store, but after that I found out they can’t offer engrave service, then I had to contact with Montblanc online customer service see if there’s any option for me to get help with my engraving. They first offered me a third party company but the paper work was so complicated I can’t understand and no one picked up the phone when I tried to reach out, so I had no choice except walked into the boutique. Long for short, there was a guy named Hien(or Ian) who helped me for this, OMG he is definitely a god send, I explained what was happening with the online service then I had to walk into store (because I felt so bad that I didn’t purchase from him / boutique but he still needs to help me for the engraving) he was so nice and so helpful, explained everything and apologized for the bad online service(I mean he doesn’t need to) and took the pen back( tips: the fee is pretty much cheaper compared to the third party) About a week, it supposed to be my pick up day for the engraving but he called me ahead of that said the machine was broken and he was not able to finish the engraving on time, and week later as today, he followed up with me as 2nd time. To be very honestly, I know he wouldn’t even earn 1 penny commission from this service, but the way he treat customer as a professional, is so sweet and decent. Montblanc should be proud of him and the store is so lucky to have him. I strong recommend him if anyone needs any montblanc. And I definitely will back to him once I needed anything. Read moreRecently, I got my first Montblanc pen for my promotion for elementary school. A wonderful sales helped me out named Jordan Sims. He helped me pick out the pen I truly wanted which was the Beatle’s special edition fountain pen. Because I had no practice with the fountain pen, Jordan taught me how to use it. He was patient and gave me all the information I needed to help me use my pen correctly. My experience at this store was amazing. I remember Jordan told my mother and I that it’s good that they give people a good impression because that’s what creates a happy customer that will return and will look back at their pen with happy thoughts. They definitely made my experience a happy one and by the way, I love my pen! It’s not only the pen that made me happy but it was the kind and patient service given to me. Thank you so much Jordan! They could give a master class to n how to treat someone, they educated me on the product, but also showed kindness, understanding and gave the perfect balance of education and an experience one would expect from a high end luxury goods supplier
