PIAGET Boutique Costa Mesa- South Coast Plaza — Local services in Costa Mesa

My partner and I sauntered in here to look at wedding bands several weeks ago. From the get-go, we were warmly greeted and felt as if we were regular clients already!

The two Piaget representatives, Ariel and Kay, were exceptionally professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable! At no point did we feel as if they were being opaque about pricing or their material costs. Remarkably refreshing.

In juxtaposition, we stopped by some other jewelers in SCP afterwards (to also peruse wedding bands) and their services were lukewarm, at BEST (perhaps Piaget simply treated us so well that these other stores felt unwelcoming).

We will be back for one reason or another (perhaps for watches)! This store, in particular, have made us clients for the forseeable future.

Kay and Ariel, if you're reading this: ya'll are the best! Thank you for such an inviting and unpretentious...

Linda and Tom are truly the GOATs here. They are so gentle and kind, and will entertain you to the fullest. You can try on everything and they will absolutely do their best to take care of you. The chocolate bonbons are truly amazing. We particularly love the Sunlight collection and will most likely pick up some pieces once the white gold SKUs come in. The Rose collection will be next. The Possession collection is pretty rad but for right now, we want something elegant and classy. Swiss jewelry is so underrated compared to the French maisons of Van Cleef and Arpels and Cartier. Italy's Bulgari and Britain's Graff are phenomenal too but DO NOT sleep on Chopard and Piaget. Exceptional quality. Check out the gold pieces in person and examine the craftsmanship up close. The diamonds sparkle like no other! Will come back to check out...
