Got the nails I wanted - but the nail tech doing my nails told her co-worker in Vietnamese to talk to me instead about a product bc I had a "mean looking face".... not realizing I could understand Vietnamese. It was an awkward hour looking at her 🤡

I feel hurt - can't imagine what they say about other people.

There's ton of nail places that get the job done for cheaper prices as well (fountain valley & garden grove nail salons are cheaper than this salon & offer premium services for free like coffee and juices). I stopped by here twice for convenience but honestly, I think I'll spend an extra 5-10 minutes going to a nicer salon where it's cheaper with better amenities and nicer staff who I feel comfortable giving my hard earned dollars to. My personal favorite salon is lavish nail bar! ☺️

This must be all their friends giving them these great reviews because I had my nails done elsewhere and dipped and it lasted me a month. At this place I can't even get them to stay without chipping for 3 days. I mention this to the manager he wants me to pay $20 more for better dips? I told him no just do it right in the first place. And the guy who did my nails took a phone call and never came back so don't believe everything that's up here I'm sick of going back there again for another set of nails in one week and I intend to notify the manager tomorrow because this is terrible service and a waste of money . normally this is my favorite salon to go to, except the last time i went. when i first came in all of the nail techs were available but i got the tech that was new and didn’t really know what he was doing. he took a very long time to take of my acrylics and it hurt really badly. then when he applied the acrylic tips he did not cut them all at the same length and i had to ask repeatedly if he could fix the shape of it. i ended up with some weird looking nails that i bought for 50 dollars which was not worth it at all and i wish i asked for...
